Placed a DoorDash order and the pizza was forgotten. Called up to the store and spoke with Kim and she said she would have another delivery person come drop it off which was fine. 35 minutes go by and the pizza still hadn’t came and we don’t live fair from the store, so I call again and Kim answers the phone knowing that the pizza hasn’t been delivered due to being confused about the street name. So I give the street name again and was told that it will be there soon. The pizza never came which is very upset because twice I had been anticipating a pizza and more upsetting at the fact of if I hadn’t called the store wasn’t going to deliver the pizza because of the confusing street name.

First time i ordered said no ranch bottles to fulfill the order. Second time no ranch came with it that I paid for. Third times the charm?!?! No. Pizza add ons weren’t on the pizza and AGAIN no ranch. How is a pizza joint always out of ranch. Makes no sense. And if you aren’t how hard is it to read a ticket that says ranch sides?? Insane

Lady working the night of 8/2 was so helpful and kind. Called and asked if I could pick up and just pay cash and she not only accommodated my needs but gave me a 12 inch when I requested a 9 inch. Fast food and some pizza places have gone down hill with service but this stood out. My nearest STL Pizza and Wings is off Hampton but when I want pizza I will make my way to Affton instead. Thank you to whoever she is!

First and last time ordering from this establishment! My pizza and boneless wings arrived cold! Called spoke to management to tell me to take it up with DoorDash. Tried to heat it up its was so gross I don’t recommend at all.
I don’t know what has to customer service anymore people are just not willing to help.
