I visited a over the weekend for an unusual order. Gavin took my order for me during the day. When I arrived later that evening, I was greeted by staff and relieved superb service. Shaun took care of my order and that gentleman was more courteous and professional in ensuring that my order was up to my standards. This was my 1st visit of many to come. Keep up the great work.

I ordered the toasted garden caprese, which is a vegetarian item. When I received my food, it had meat inside. I went back in to show the staff, but they were very rude, refused to even look at the food, and simply said they would “redo it.”
Their so-called remake was just a piece of bread with a slice of cheese, and they insisted that this was the correct item. The lack of care, accountability, and respect for customers especially those with dietary restrictions is unacceptable.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

We stopped in there tonite at 7:20… for a simple bowl of soup and a latte. We were in the drive through window for over 20 minutes. Totally being ignored by the 8 people that were inside. One girl was sweeping the floor.. which also grossed me out. There was food on the counter that they were preparing.. and she is sweeping the floor.. even though they would not close for another hour. When we finally got our food.. the person was rude.. telling us they were short staffed (there were 8 people that I counted inside). No apologies.. they didn’t even ask what sides were wanted with the soup. Was not given a straw or napkins. The whipped cream on the latte was melted because it sat so long.. just for someone to finally put a scoop of soup in the cup. I even honked my horn twice because I figured they didn’t see me. Extremely disappointed… not only with the person sweeping the floor and ignoring, to the rudeness we were given because they were busy. Will never go back to this location.

Bread Co’s are all know for quality service and food, and this location is high on their list. The food is remarkably consistent. As an added bonus, they have completed the road construction in front which makes it a breeze to get in and out.

This is the 4th time our order has not been correct or items are just simply NOT THERE. This is not a cheap lunch and to get the wrong or just not the whole order is UNACCEPTABLE. Our ENTIRE OFFICE is no longer ordering form this location ever again. No customer service, no refund, no NOTHING!
I suggest ordering from somewhere else if I were you!

Service was on the slower side during the morning rush, which wasn’t ideal. I was also a bit confused why they had to ask what drink I ordered when it was on the receipt. Otherwise, it felt like a typical drive-thru experience. The Scrambled Egg Sandwich came out hot. The Large Bubbler Drink with Green Tea tasted watered down.

We frequently go to panera aka st. Louis bread co. This is our favorite location for sure. Clean fast yummy food at a reasonable price. By far the best in stl! We have ordered French onion soup and chicken avacado sandwich was very fresh and healthy. Ordered cheese pizza as well which was quite ok.
Nice experience

Delicious & refreshing salad – not sure what the name of it but it was had fresh greens, chicken, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries and walnuts topped lemon poppyseed dressing with a side of bread. One of the best salads I’ve had out. Simple but so damn good. Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken avocado egg sandwich, it had one BITE of chicken. Very disappointed. I grew up eating Bread Co, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The coffee was good, the bagel I got was good. But this sandwich is so disappointing, almost 8 dollars for bread and tomato
