I went in about 20 minutes ago. I spent $21. I had the salmon dinner with Mac and yams. I tasted the yams they were undercooked, had no favor, and were dry lol I threw the whole tray away. Smh I took a break from them for two years because the food became nasty. I see it still is. I will never eat here again. I’m not a jerk fan but their salmon dinner made me one. Now I just don’t trust the food. It’s like they don’t care smh two thumbs down

Order my food at 4pm on their website just the chicken wings no side and wasn’t able to pick it up cause I locked my keys in my car so a coworker picked it up for me , when it available to me at 7:43 the chicken was still moist and also soooo good and that sauce muahhhh I loved everything about it will continue to order from here and it was my first time trying them I give it a 10/10

I specifically requested no gravy on my food, and not only was that ignored, but my meal was completely drowned in gravy. It was extremely sloppy, poorly put together, and honestly inedible. The quality was very disappointing.
I called twice to resolve the issue, and both times the man who answered was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me before I could even explain the problem. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Between the careless food preparation and the unprofessional behavior, this was a very frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

Yo as a Muslim in Chicago this is the ONLY jerk place I know of with Halal chicken aaannnd its on the 9!(79th) right off Cicero. We eat here almost monthly. We’ve used them to cater large events in the past and is blown away everytime. My 5 star review comes with humility and resolution. The brotha was gracious and kind enough to resolve an issue with us in a way that has made me a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
