OUT N’ ABOUT
The food here is amazing. Nice and fresh, and the steak is awesome, its nice and tender with plenty of flavor. The sauces are good and spicy. Great location from the hotel. There is seating available to eat inside and they also serve alcoholic drinks here.

Good tacos. The corn tortillas were well made. I’m not sure if they are made in-house but they seemed pretty fresh. The chicken was a little over done. Nice flavor. Plenty of sauce option. $22 for four tacos. Prices seem fine for Miami.

Highly recommend this spot! The birria and carne asada tacos were incredible. I would pass on the elote next time because the corn was a bit overcooked. Overall everything was fresh and the service was fast

I visited this restaurant as part of my professional routine, as I own a mystery shopper company that audits service quality across multiple industries. When I take the time to write a review, it is because the experience was either outstanding or deeply concerning. Unfortunately, this visit raised several serious issues.
There was only one waiter responsible for serving all tables, preparing food, and managing operations while the chef was on break. Although the esquite was very good in flavor, it was served without utensils, and I had to wait several minutes before receiving them. This reflects a lack of operational readiness and proper service standards.
I also requested chips and salsa, which are typically complimentary at other locations. The salsa appeared to be from a jar, and the chips were bland and poorly seasoned. The tortillas also lacked the authenticity and quality expected from a Mexican restaurant.
The most concerning moment occurred when I requested the bill. I was initially charged $48 for an esquite, soda, and two tacos. After questioning the amount and requesting the receipt, the waiter admitted he had charged me for another table, resulting in an overcharge of approximately $20. I was also charged $10 for chips and jarred salsa. The explanation provided was dismissive and lacked professionalism.
Billing accuracy, transparency, and customer trust are fundamental in hospitality. Errors of this nature, combined with the overall service deficiencies, reflect serious operational and management concerns.
I hope ownership and management take this feedback seriously and implement corrective measures. Customers deserve professionalism, transparency, and service integrity at all times.

The food was hot and flavorful. I got the tacos, my partner got a quesidilla – it was so hearty and tasty, we were mad we couldn’t finish the chips and guacamole. When in Miami, we will visit again.

It was a very quiet lunch. We arrived and the chef took his time with our burritos but man were they good. I couldn’t even finish mine so much they were packed with perfectly grilled meat and fresh vegetables. The service was great as well. I highly recommend.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in a minute! Although the tacos only come in an order of 2 (instead of typically set of 3), I was very happy with the portion sizes. The flavor was incredible and loved the spices and sauces on it. It was also very fresh and actually grilled pieces of meat instead of minimal shredded al pastor.

Carli was amazing, it was our first time here! She recommended The “Champechano” Taco, it’s Mixed Carne Asada and Chorizo! IT WAS DELICIOUS, flavors and presentation was amazing. Usually I’m a flour tortilla gal, but corn was soft and yummy!
