New in town, went for breakfast. Kinda in a rush I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the most friendly kind and Texan welcome. Being from texas myself I really did feel welcome home. At the window Nikki was awesome as she asked if we would like various condiments in the same Texas drawal from taking our order. She was really sweet and friendly. The food was great in addition to our order I decided to get a biscuit for the drive back home and am sure glad I did it was great. For a great breakfast experience I definitely recommend this location.

We had a really great experience at Hardee’s. The food was fresh, hot, and honestly better than expected. Everything tasted exactly how it should, and the order was perfect.
What really made the night special, though, was Dustin. He went above and beyond helping my disabled son, showing genuine patience, kindness, and care. He didn’t rush us, he treated my son with respect, and you could tell he truly wanted to help. My son talked about Dustin for the rest of the night, which meant the world to me as a parent.
Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you, Dustin, for making our visit such a positive and memorable one. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was good, but service sucks. Waited 20 minutes for food in drive thru and they didn’t even give us the whole order. 3 girls not doing much of anything in there and one older lady running all the food and doing everything for them. We only go here every once in a while and it’s the same every time.

Nichole the drive thru lady is amazing! She is always super nice, makes you feel like your actually welcome. She don’t just shove a bag out the windows and slam it in your face like some places do. On a side note some of you other ladies in russelville should stop by there and talk to her about how she does her makeup cause this lady is on point everyday, everyday! Be ambitious go and learn from her.

After my disappointing vist shortly after they opened I decided to give Hardee’s another try. We’ll, the blew it. I was the lone customer at 1pm on a Thursday and walked up to the counter to order. The lady said “what can I get ya?”
I ordered a Super Star and fries. She indicated it would be right out. She was right. 3 minutes She brought the burger and fries. The Fries -8/10 but the burger -1/10 had been pre-made or they used patties that had been cooked some time before, maybe an hour. Although they were luke-warm they were dry and old. So sad, the Super Star has been a favorite in the past. This one was pitiful. I guess I learned my lesson.

Went to Hardee’s for the 1st time since they rebuilt and I do gotta say Dustin was extremely welcoming with his huge smile. He was Super friendly, quick, and made my order perfect. Great customer service — Hardee’s is lucky to have him

I got a bacon cheeseburger and I get home, enjoying it. After I’m finished and wait a couple hours I start getting vicious shivers and rush to the bathroom to throw up. This place gave my severe food poisoning and I will never come back again as I’m writing this I am on the floor clutching my stomach unable to move without being in loads on pain.

Hello, just to start out we walked in the door to sign on. The windows said 599 big baggie add a cheeseburger double for one more dollar hanging right on the wall. Big one Walk in. Order two of them with two cheeseburgers. The lady says no we can’t do that to computer. Won’t let us. The computer won’t let them well then I don’t know what she was came up and said no we can’t do that because it’s the computer won’t let us. So we went about and Said well. You mean you can’t just take our dollar and give us our cheeseburg? She said no so we walked out. The place had false advertising on the window. The sign was out there. I have pictures of it and the people were rude afterwards. Plus one of the people taking the order a heavier set person man was just a regular shirt on. He’s taking an order and as he’s doing it wipes his nose with his shirt in front of the guy that was ordering. So stay away. I’m warning you
