Squisito Pizza in Newark never disappoints! I made another stop this year, and it was the perfect way to kick off a busy shopping day. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was absolutely everything—perfectly crispy crust, savory toppings, and just the right amount of ranchy goodness. The pepperoni pizza came out piping hot and hit all the right notes of cheesy, meaty perfection. And let’s talk about those hand-cut fries—golden, crispy, and utterly addictive!
The daytime vibe is so different from the lively, night-time birthday celebration I had here almost two years ago, but it’s just as enjoyable in its own way. Whether it’s for a quick midday pick-me-up or a special evening out, Squisito has proven to be my go-to spot whenever I’m in this shopping center. The food is just too good not to come back for, time and time again. Highly recommend!

Spoilers: I’ve gone twice. That means I liked it enough the first time to give it another shot. First time was not long after the “grand” opening and on a Monday to take advantage of the Monday pizza special. That special is (in November 2022) a large cheese pizza for 9.99$ Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza came out quickly. The crust was thin but not too thin. No cracker crust here, and, for my tastes that’s a good thing. The cheese and sauce were great. They too were just right. For 9.99$ this was a great pizza.
My second visit was also good. I had one generously topped large slice and a fountain beverage. Like any pizza place, if you’re not dining alone, consider getting a whole pizza. It’s much more cost effective;-) So to sum it up, I’d come again and recommend Squisito.

This place is absolutely amazing! The prices are extremely fair, the food is truly exceptional, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. On top of that, I received the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Every detail was perfect. If you’re looking for great food, great service, and great value, this is the place! Highly recommend!

Definitely go for the pizza really delicious! I had the barbecue chicken pizza was made fresh! Next time I will order just the cheese pizza definitely fresh cheese! Now the atmosphere and service could use some work the TV was broken and the tables were not the cleanest. Service was just ok it felt more like a get in and get out pizza place. Rather than a sit in restaurant when you sit down for the price and adding tips I would of expected more service but overall the experience was ok inside the place.

The pizza was really good. I had a full pepperoni pizza. The sauce was flavorful with quality cheese on top. The ceese didn’t stretch but still was good. The crust was tasty, soft, and tastes like it came from fresh doe. I would disregard the reviews trashing it because it is labeled New York style pizza.

Had lunch here on Veterans Day. SUPER SUPER friendly staff! The food was outstanding! It checked all the boxes: fresh hot yummy affordable and simply delicious! It was served piping hot and steaming. We had calamari wings garlic knots BBQ chicken pizza and pizza w/onions & peppers. Would absolutely come again. They do live events and welcome you for game day. Oh and the cocktails are also on point. They’re not watered down, but flavorful without being overbearing. As I looked around I didn’t see any frowns only smiles from various age groups, kids to great- grandparents. No complaints only accolades and best wishes for growth. Hoping for a location in Middletown soon

This was our first time coming here, but we used to come to the old pizza place that used to be here. Squisito is 1000 times better than the old place. Their pizza is absolutely delicious, and they have great Italian dishes and appetizers. The bar also looked nice, and they have a huge TV with movies playing. I would definitely recommend you give this Italian restaurant a try!
