I found this food truck at an antique show and I am so happy I did. You can’t find to many good BBQ spots up here in New York but they have it down. I had the Famous Pulled Pork Sundae with the Tangy BBQ Sauce. If you see this BBQ truck out, I recommend you stop in and try the food. You won’t be disappointed.

I met them at the Lewis County fair. It’s difficult to find a good brisket in the North Country. I wanted it, but not in sandwich. She gave me an enormous portion of meat, which was the best I’ve had up here. It had a nice bark, was super tender and delicious. The woman that was there was very nice, and took really good care of me. I will definitely look them up when I swing through Lowville again.
