We orderd over 75$ worth of food and everything was cold excelt the boudin balls. The mac and cheese was old and hard. The brisket was cold, tender though. Corn grits was watery. Pork n beans were good. Ribs were cold.

I love this place great pecan cooked BBQ everything is good the burger is out of this world! Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had! Everything is great! Jalapeno sausage is great brisket pulled pork. house chips are home made friend potato chips. They are used in the nachos and they are amazing macaroni and cheese is amazing! If you’re looking for some good barbecue at a great price, I’m not sure if this is place you are looking for. I was so excited to finally get to try this place as I pass it daily for work, and happen to love BBQ. I walked in, the smell was great. I sit down and take a peak at the menu. Whoa. $16 for a 2 meat plate? Maybe they’ll stack it up! Boy was I wrong. Two THIN slices of brisket (industry standard is the thickness of a pencil, this was half of that) and 1/3 cup of pulled pork. The house chips were pretty good. And they have decent sauce. Thankfully because the brisket was dry and the pulled pork had probably been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday evening. It wasn’t BAD, the staff was friendly. But I just spent over $20 on a quick lunch for a $10 meal. If you’ve dont mind spending money on “ok” BBQ, give it a shot. Otherwise go see Big Mike in Houma/thib

I was going to wait until I tried the food before writing this review. But I decided it needed to be done before I died from starvation. That being said, I placed an order at 6:15 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at 6:30 and was told I’d have to wait twenty minutes. No big deal, so I went next door to pick up some things I needed at the store. Forty five minutes later, I’m still waiting.
