This building is old with high ceilings. Which makes for an interesting feel and sound. The food was served in a cafeteria set up. Which means you get to choose your food, and someone will serve it for you. The price per person is $14.99, which buys 2 plates and 2 desserts.
I like the chicken spaghetti. I had never tried it before.
Besides the food and the service, all the photographs that line the walls were interesting. I had lunch with Marilyn Monroe.

Great feel in Historic downtown Lawrenceburg, TN – home of Davy Crockett.
Buffett of meats, vegetables and assorted desserts or order sandwiches or salads off the menu.
The club sandwich is classic. Ham, turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on toasted bread.
Crispy fries, excellent tater toady or perfectly fried onion rings as sides.
Good burgers. Made to order so allow 15 minutes or so.
The Buffett line gets you 2-trips and they serve it up. Baked, bbq chicken wings, Brussels sprouts with bacon, chicken and dumplings among the other expected vegetables.
No pie today, but they did have banana pudding and chocolate pudding with Oreo crumbles.
Good tea and friendly service.
Lots of nostalgia on the walls, clean restrooms and a comfortable atmosphere.
After lunch walk the downtown for shops, antiques and some old American history!

The breakfast buffet was delicious. You go through the line and tell them what you want. 2 plate max. $12 tax and drinks included. The atmosphere is great set in a very old building with high ceilings. I sat at a table with multiple Marilyn Monroe photos, entitled “Dine with Marilyn”. The service is friendly. The bacon is off the hook. Other meat options are chicken Patty, fried bologna, and sausage links. Scrambled and fried eggs. White gravy, sausage gravy, and chocolate gravy. Fried taters w/onion. French toast sticks. Juices and chocolate milk, coffee, tea, soft drinks. Enjoyed a quick and delightful breakfast before church. Breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday.

The food was very good. But when I asked our waitress for the bill so we could leave, she said I’ll be right with you. So we waited another 20 minutes and watched her clear tables. We were the only ones there. The tables could of been cleared anytime. That’s why the tip went from $10 to 5.

I went there to get breakfast at 11:00 AM and was told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AM. Honestly, a deli like this should just serve breakfast all day, every day – in addition to whatever else you want to make – but breakfast is the reason to exist, and not to make it at 11 AM is a little confusing. Unfortunately, after scanning the menu, I don’t think I’d go back for anything other than breakfast. I was able to walk right in and sit down, mo wait, and the young lady that greeted me was very kind – but I’m confused why no breakfast. I think if they served breakfast at 11 AM, and did it well, they’d have been packed…

Went here yesterday and was not impressed. The woman waiting the tables should have been the employee sitting down instead of every employee that worked there. They looked more able bodied than her. Ordered burgers the patties was WELL done little shriveled pieces of meat in the middle of the squished buns and way over priced.

While camping wanted to try some local food. (We live in tn) my wife got the omelette with hash browns and gravy. I got the 2 eggs with sausage and gravy. We shared French toast and i could have had my on plate. It’s small towns that make it all fun, you hear the locals talk and see the out-of-towners looking with excitement.

Happened in here on a Saturday morning at about 10 am. I was expecting to have to wait awhile for a table, especially because there was a farmers market going on just a few feet away, but the dining room had plenty of open seating. I got nervous because being slow at 10 am on a Saturday is usually a red flag. Then I noticed they had a breakfast buffet. I love a breakfast buffet! But I was still nervous about all the open tables, and I thought okay, maybe the buffet food is bad. Buffets are usually pretty mid, right? Well not this one. It was incredible! They even had chocolate gravy. In addition to the excellent food, the service was good, and even the coffee was good. I was very happy (and pleasantly surprised)

Stopped by for breakfast on a business trip. The food was excellent, the staff kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was awesome. There’s a lot of history here and it felt very homey.

Very basic southern food. Canned beans, powder mashed potatoes, dry wings. Very disappointed in the quality of the food for the price. Will not be going back. Server never cleared our dirty plates or anything. We had one refill on our drinks and that was it. There were only 4 tables occupied while we dined. The servers and staff all sat at a table while we dined.
