If you’re in the mood for some tasty Mexican food. I recommend popping into La Reyna market. I give the food a 5 out of 5/5, the amiance is a 3/5.
I consider it a hole in the wall local neighborhood spot. If you know you know! The food is made to order and is always on point.
I ordered a chicken Burrito with everything. The tortilla was nice and fresh, all of the ingredients married perfectly for a great bite. My wife had the Quesabirria Tacos. They were perfectly sauced and flavorful. The meat was nice and tender and the cheese was a perfect pair. Once dipped in the consommé…lights out delicious. Side note.. add some of that consommé to the Burrito… next level.
The price point is spot on. You most definitely get your money’s worth. The overall store has your usual grocery items with a Mecicsn twist. Don’t go in expecting a glamorous restaurant setting. It’s a grocery store with a kitchen in the back, and a taco stand outside. They also have a full meat counter. I usually order to go, but they have plenty outside seating.

First day here on a business trip we made the mistake of going to Fisca for burritos. We were dupped by their high ratings. Their carne asada burrito had no spice. They also hid their salsa underneath a table. Who does that at a burrito place. They didn’t even have the pickled carrots and jalapenos. Such a disappointment. So while meeting with vendors, they told us about this place and it was a burrito redemption. Absolutely the best salsa Roja, Carne Asada, and tamales. We were in Paso Robles for a week and we spent all week to get our lunch and dinner at this place. Plus it’s cheaper than Finca.

I ordered 4 birria tacos (not quesadillas) the tacos had a tablespoon of meat, on each taco. I’ve ordered from here before and know this is not standard l- when I called them I let them know that 20 dollars for 4 tacos should have a little substance. I am at work and can’t return the tacos, I don’t get off until after they close and their only option was to come in and get a replacement. Disappointing to say the least. Still gave them a shot even after I was told by locals they’ve been shut down recently for rat infestation- I should have just listened. Save your money and go to Suprema, way cleaner, superior service. All 4 were the same amount of meat, more like quesadillas

My wife and I were riding my motorcycle and passed by La Reyna heading into Paso Robles. We smelled something tasty and we were hungry so we decided to check it out. Correct choice. Beef tacos, slow cooked brisket, fresh fruit, beers. Fantastic meal.

Food here is pretty good overall, but I highly recommend mixed carnitas. With skin and everything, it’s moist and flavorful. The portion is huge, better be prepared for that or order less.

Always stop here to get tacos and snacks. The counter service and selection are great and the food is delicious. Its an all around winner in my book.

Went in tonight craving guacamole, chips and yummy food! We ordered quesabarilla and a bowl, got chips and guacamole, took it home and enjoyed every single bite! This was our first time, but not our last, so great! Service and food was off the hook!

Drove by and smelled the chicken on the outdoor smoker and I had to stop at this amazing place. Was sure that the food would be good because of the authenticity of the place and what appeared to be a strong Hispanic customer base. I was not disappointed. I ordered steak tacos, chicken tacos and a tamale. All were mouthwateringly good. The meat was seared crisp on the flat top while the tortillas were warmed. Just the right amount of onions cilantro and awesome salsa we added to make the prefect tacos! Food was so good and the people so nice we went back the next day. We did not get to order from the meat counter but will come back as it looked amazing.

Worst tacos I have ever try in my life this place used to be good not anymore the tacos had no flavor at all one the of costumers was asking if she can get any salsa to go the guy outside said oh this different from inside he doesn’t even greets people at all not a smile that’s the worst costumers service I have seen in my life I don’t know the owners are ok with this.
