This is a lovely restaurant with excellent food just inside the historic Hotel Boulderado in downtown Boulder. I had brunch there twice — once with a group of four girlfriends and once alone. Both experiences were equally enjoyable.

The atmosphere is upscale and comfortable. The food is nicely prepared and presented, yet reasonably priced (by Boulder standards). The service is top notch. (Special shout out to Severine who took good care of me.)

And if you are staying at the hotel, it is highly convenient (of course!)

Delicious sit down restaurant offering food and drinks located in the historic and visually stunning Hotel Boulderado. Several quality vegetarian options available on the menu, and our friends who keep it halal were also able to find quality options. Service was warm, kind, and personable. Give yourself time to enjoy the ambiance!

I really was wanting this restaurant to be great based on the menu but it had some issues.
First set of drinks (Gibraltar and Frank 93), which came after the appetizer, where not good at all, although the next set (Lucky Ruby and Bonne Poire) were much better.
The whipped brie was appetizer – the cheese and fruit were good, but the ratio to pastry felt lacking and the pastry itself dry and very very messy.
The grilled butternut squash was good, although we could tell it had been sitting a bit, and my husband really like the rosemary chicken sandwich.
Service had some issues too, we had to ask for bread although other tables received it automatically, drinks took a while to get, and general slowness (outside of the app).

We stopped in for dinner before going to a show. Had cocktails, appetizers, dinner and dessert and enjoyed it all.

Our waiter was attentive, and had personality to spare, making the evening light and fun. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and they were delicious.

I had the scallops which were yummy with squash and risotto, however, they were under seasoned. My husband got the ribs and cauliflower rice which was rich with flavor and tender.

Parking in this area can be rough, so slow a little extra time for that. We appreciate that the Boulderado is so close to downtown, it’s always nice when weather permits to stroll the pearl Street Mall before or after a meal.

Boulder. We stayed at the hotel so this place made for a convenient breakfast. I got the house smoked salmon with poached eggs & maybe because I confused it with Norwegian smoked salmon that I found it overcooked. The poached eggs were perfect though along with the herbed goat cheese. I also wish they had freshly squeezed orange juice. Hubby though enjoyed his prime rib & poached eggs with Irish coffee.

Good food, but avoid the crowds. Our relatives often come here to eat and enjoy the food. We came for lunch on a Sunday and it was very busy. It didn’t take long to get a table as we had made a reservation but our waiter was waiting on the kitchen staff for quite a while. The food was decent enough but not better than many other restaurants in the area. The pancakes were plated more attractively but I couldn’t get a picture in before my hungry husband started! My trout came with asparagus which I substituted for fries, forgetting it came with rice. They were supposed to be truffle fries but I didn’t really taste any difference. Still tasty though. Very beautiful decor and location!

We stopped in for Breakfast on a Sunday morning. We easily got a seat and we were treated to a delicious breakfast. I had the Boulderado Benedict and loved it. Perfect blend of flavors and not too much sauce. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I went here for dinner on my 26th birthday.

And it was a good choice! They did not disappoint.

Spencer, our server, was extremely attentive, prepared, and answered all my questions in detail. Anything he did not know he promptly found out and came right back. We never waited for anything. He was on top of prebussing.

The chefs made some incredible meals. I had the pumpkin brutata, miraflora wagyu Tri tip, and pumpkin sticky toffee pudding. Everything had a multitude of flavors, each masterfully combined to create a delicious meal! The portion sizes were healthy, we took home a box. Yummy and filling.

We drank mocktails, which there is a menu for, and the blackberry splash is my recommendation!

The atmosphere here was cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly. We weren’t highly dressed, and no one assumed anything about us.

I would love to come back here, and you can’t go wrong by coming here!

Food is really underwhelming, except for maybe the trout dish. They used to be know for the clam chowder which was great, but now has been a bowl of potatoes last couple of times I’ve tried it. The atmosphere being in the Boulderado Hotel is great, as is the staff and service.
