We love Sprouts and get bahn mi sandwiches or pho take-out weekly. Their sesame balls are delicious, as well as the thai iced tea or vietnamese iced coffee. The food is fresh and light! Yum!

How did it go?

So so…overall me and my company were a little letdown by our orders.
We had a traditional beef pho and a vegetarian pho (supposed to be vegan but not 100% sure it was see * for details)
The beef pho had no flavor and just was missing that punch from a long simmer.
The vegetarian was much better in terms of flavor (could really taste the star anise) but it was salty and rather one note. It came with a seasoned tofu where the flavor was there but the sear wasn’t fresh as the skin on it was a lil tougher.
Both soups lacked refinement in both flavor and execution as they were both very cloudy.
*overheard them purposely giving out butter to vegans secretly because “what does it matter its not meat”
Theres phenomenal spots 30mins away worth the drive when its clear they don’t even take customers requests seriously.

Not good. This is not Pho. More like noodles in watered down beef broth. Even the spring rolls were off. Peanut sauce was half frozen. Just weird overall.

Consistently delicious. One of Bethels hidden gems. Little to no advertising and the humble Vietnamese restaurant is almost at capacity on a warm Tuesday afternoon. Food is prepared and served quickly, all is delicious. The mango sticky rice is a confusing delight. Picking food up or dining in, can’t go wrong with this spot.

Well this is quite the little hidden gem that has fantastic Vietnamese food at very affordable prices. If you’re a vegatarian or vegan you’ll love this place, but meat eaters should take pleasure in some amazing dishes like pork banh-mi or grilled beef spring roles.
If you’re unfamiliar with banh-mi then you dont know what you’re missing! As a street food sandwhich in Vietnam it is built on French bread with meats, pickled vegatables and homemade sauces…its an amazing variety of flavors that excite the tongue. And did I mention you can’t get it anywhere else around here?
Sprouts is counter order, brought to your booth style service but with a bit more class in offering real silverware and very nice chopsticks. Seating is comfortable with 8 or 10 booths and some seating outside, although a fair amount of business seems to be takeout.
Check out the menu and pick something you’ve never had- you’ll love it and you’ll love the price.

We found this place as a “cheap eat” along our detour off 84 traffic.PHO! i got Hot/sweet/sour soup and it really helped me feel restored after a day of driving! Chicken tastes marinated and is grilled to perfection! Fresh spring rolls helped me trick my dinnermate into eating salad!! So good!!

Ive been going to sprouts for almost a year now and it’s by far my absolute favorite place in bethel to eat. The Chicken Pho is amazing!!! The broth is simply to die for. The people there are so kind and the food is always hot when I bring it home to enjoy, even after a 25+ minute ride.
