Omg… let me just say the food was AMAZING. We are here visiting from Georgia to see the snow. They were open even in the difficult weather. I ordered the Italian i did ask for the vinaigrette on the side to avoid it getting soggy on the way to hotel, i think they put it on there and honestly I wasnt mad about it, i was glad they did. because it was just SO good and soaked into the meat & bread. The bread, wow.. incredible. It is So soft. I am pregnant and will be craving this sandwich for the next 6 months…
My husband got the Ultimate Club and he also said it was very good. We got cucumber salad on the side. Wish it was a tad bigger portion because it was just so good. But for 2.50 you cant beat it. I highly recommend i was very pleased with this meal!

In consideration to the response for the review I left giving 2 stars… The Stars for the food was given 5 stars… However… part of the review rating I left was in reference to the Pumpernickel Bread… At the time I ordered… there was pumpernickel bread available but it was only being offered… according to the person on the phone… to in house patrons… and although she gave me her word that she would make an exception… My sandwich was still delivered on whole wheat bread… There is more to running a restaurant than just having good food… and there are grocery stores not that far away where Pumpernickel bread can be purchased that would have prevented a less than 5 star rating… I have changed it to a 4….Initial Review below…
The food is really good… The Bruschetta is delicious!!!
A few suggestions and some constructive criticism…The delivery menu needs to offer more than the name of the sandwich (fixed… Thank You)… I understand you can tap on it to make choices but it would save time to at least offer a brief description to go along with the name of the sandwich… Also… You will notice in what little description they do offer at a glance it mentions pumpernickel bread but pumpernickel bread is not one of the bread choices… I called and asked and was told that they keep the pumpernickel bread available to the customers who come into the restaurant… She told me she would make an exception this once and the sandwich was still delivered on wheat bread…
Other than those 2 things that are easily remedied… Definitely eat here!

Food is amazing. We got subs and chips and we’re not disappointed. Service was great. Waitress was attentive and nice. Pricing was great as well. One of the reviews below noted how sandwiches were not to size. They do not say that you get a 12 inch whole sub or a 6 inch half sub. They notate “whole” or “half” of sandwich. The portions they give you are filling and delicious. They offer lunch specials as well. They offer beer as well. Parking on street is free and parking lots nearby are free as well.

Fantastic sandwichs. I got the Italian. Great vinegar sauce. Tasty bread. Very reasonable prices.. no fries just so you know but they have things like potato/pasta salads and chips. Good beer selection, with a full bar.

We were disappointed in our experience here due to how long the service took. We went after lunch time when it wasn’t too busy and it took around an hour for us to get our food. I was in a bigger party but we all ordered lunch special sandwiches (nothing super complicated). The sandwiches were pretty good but it ultimately felt like I had ordered a kid’s meal with the small portion sizes. This, combined with a the long wait time, makes me not want to return here.

We went once before and service/food were slow but ultimately good. So we went back a few days ago:
We arrived around 11:15 am. No one there.
We sat down and figured someone would come over to at least greet us.
Nope.
A young man came out and walked behind the counter, got on his phone and ignored us.
He finally walked over to get himself a drink (still ignored us) and walked back into the back room.
No words came out of his mouth.
So we left. Probably won’t go back after that.
Takeaway:
Customer service MATTERS.
We love supporting local, but tbh, do better.

We popped in to grab some sandwiches for lunch. Seat yourself. The server gave us a heads up right away that they were behind and that it might take 20 minutes to get our food. We had our toddler with us, but we were confident that we had brought enough snacks to last him until the sandwiches came. 50 minutes later, we were out of snacks and patients. We scarfed down what we could and boxed the rest. The sandwiches were edible but in no way justified the wait. I can’t imagine that this is how it always is at this place. Hopefully we just came in on an off day.
