Very small over toasted bread. Ask if I wanted a pickle on the side I said yes. Got no pickle on the side. It costed $6.75 with tax for nothing. They did all the door dashes before anyone else’s order. Not worth it in my book. Will not be going back.
Update 5 days after posting the original. I decided to knock it down to a one star review after originally a 2 star. This is why. I get a reply from whoever saying sorry about the missing pickle and over toasted bread but not a sorry about me feeling like I paid 6.75 including tax for an appetizer. People dont go here. Its a waste of money! Then you get an apology that isn’t even meant. AI can apologize better. Which by the way they dont even apologize to everyone or even listen to all the complaints.

Is a small sandwich, really just 4 inches? I went here for Veteran’s day because the Military resources said they offered a free combo meal. I get there and they say it is just “buy one get one free sandwich” so I ordered two small sandwiches. I feel like they just gave me one full sandwich cut in half, separated in 2 tiny containers. I cannot imagine that they charge $14 for a child size sandwich! Over $3 an inch is outrageous . Now I remember why I rarely eat here.

The manager “Cassie” was a total jerk! Last time I was at this location. I asked for nothing on it except deli mustard. They put lettuce tomato onion mayo on my sandwich. I called and spoke to a manager. They said they were replaced my sandwich. However, I came in tonight. had the Person who I talk to his name. I was told they have no one here by that name. Granted, it’s been over a month since I’ve been at this location. But still, I looked up the date on my phone and it was the correct phone number. Cassie got very snippy and very snide. And did this loudly. To where I was very embarrassed. I will not be returning to this location.

This location is maybe 4min from my home so I have gone here since they have opened. Usually things are good. Sometimes I have to wait for my online order but I understand and usually wait no problem. I picked up dinner for my wife and myself on May 21,2025. Ordered two hook and ladders, both no onion and add chopped pickle and one add banana peppers and one no tomato. They seemed a little behind, but I got my order. Got home and both sandwiches had onion and tomato, no chopped pickles and I maybe 2 banana peppers. I called the store and no one answered, reached out to customer support as well as provided a feedback survey. As of today I am still waiting to hear back from the store about the matter. Bums me out because I never submit reviews. I do know I paid almost 20 dollars for two sandwiches that were not made at all correctly. To not hear back at all about the matter bums me out as well. Might return for business in the future but it might be a while.

I love fire house because of all the additional condiments you can get, like chopped pickles, caramelized peppers and onions etc. Sometimes they miss the customizations, likely concentrating on speed and muscle memory, but still. They most frequently forget to not add onions when we ask for no onions. But still recommend the place.

I go here about once a week. Two months or so ago I walked in and one of the workers – I don’t know her name but she’s almost always there during lunch hour – called me by name, which pleasantly surprised me. She may be one of the managers, I’m not sure.
While I’m there relatively frequently, and while remembering a regular customer’s name used to be the norm, you don’t get that a lot these days from anywhere. I appreciated the attention to detail and just the general customer service attitude. Sometimes it’s the small things, not just the main product.

My husband and I come here all the time and it’s always great! The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and tasty, good portions, and comes out fast. The employees are very nice and the restaurant is always clean. My husband tried the pepperoni pizza meatball sandwich (2nd picture) and OMG it smelled and looked so good! He said it was the best meatball sandwich he’s ever had. My only complaint is our favorite drink (blueberry lemonade) has been out on their soda machine the past 2 times we’ve visited.

First time trying and ordered a BLT, was given 2 strips of bacon, like no toppings. Basically a bread and cheese sandwich. Tried calling and manager was rude, have tried solving through their customer service online, they keep saying to go to contact store(which I tried) and keep claiming they can’t help me because I ordered on the app. Which I did not, placed ordered in person. Needless to say, I’ll stick to Jersey Mikes in the future

Today was my first time to a fire house subs. The food was better than expected. The staff was surprisingly friendly, and the atmosphere was alright. It was tough to hear if there was music, but it was nice and quiet so I didn’t mind too much. I will be going back and trying more subs soon for sure.
