Can you focus on the quality please? You’re one of my favorite eats, but, like, y’all’s water tastes like sewage…
I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and everything is worse than I remember. Especially the spring rolls… Like y’all’s oil is used too long or something.
I’ve been avoiding buying them.
I’ve also been spending more time at Panda Express because it’s more consistent and I don’t have to deal with no access to y’all’s drink fountain. Also cheaper there. I leave tips here, but not at Panda. I’m not a very patient guy and I’m very picky about my drinks, so it actually deters me. I come here to relax, and it subtracts from that experience. It’s just that little bit of extra stress that I don’t need in my life. Especially if this near $4 drink I’m mulling over tastes like toilet paper.
Pretty sure you’ve been causing me stomach issues too lol
If you need to save money, stop handing out more hoisin, chili, and utensils than necessary. I’m tired of asking the employees to keep them, and I end up throwing them away. I never use the hoisin, chili, or chopsticks. The spoon is also kinda unnecessary.
Also would appreciate some training for your employees on not setting the bare utensils on your occasionally disgusting tables.
At least the pho is still good, but at this point I don’t think I can trust the ingredients.
Legit come here sometimes when I’m stressed out and destroy a half gallon of pho in 1 sitting. There aren’t many options in town for soup.
For now you’ve lost a dedicated customer for a couple months until I check back in. Crossing my fingers.
Edit February 15th;
Water still tastes like sewage.
Food still gives me problems and the broth had no flavor this time.
Employees still putting the utensils on the disgusting tables.
Nothing’s changing but the prices. 🙂
The spring rolls were delicious. They were legit. The peanut butter sauce was good. I prefer it a little thicker so it sticks to the spring roll, but none the less it was still tasty. The Banh Mi’s were also tasty. The only drawback was they were kind of on the small side. If they were a lttle biggie than it would be a definate win all the way around and I’d give it 5 stars.
I’m more familiar with pulled chicken breast in my pho. The chicken here was well-seasoned and chopped into smaller pieces, but I’m not sure it felt like a great chicken-to-major-pho ratio, so I’ll probably just get double next time. The ratio of everything else in the pho was amazing. Both the vegetarian and beef-based broths were absolutely delicious.
Tried this place for first time while on business trip. Really cool themed restaurant. Right away felt friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered chicken spring rolls and there were great. Order and wait at the table for server to bring the food. ApplePay accepted.
