I rarely ever write negative reviews but I felt like this needed to be done. We have eaten here once before and the food was delicious but some thing changed. I was expecting great things but was very disappointed. The portion sizes are acceptable for the price but the food quality was so poor.

Great food!! I had the chicken lo mein with fried rice and a eggroll! I was super satisfied, a ton of food had enough for lunch the next day. Just order ahead of time and you will love it! Thank you Shangai!

This place use to have the best Hot and Sour and Egg drop soups. Do not know what happened, but the last few times I ordered it, it has so much starch in it that if you put spoon in the container it will stay straight.

I will never go here again. I found a dead fly in my rice. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was not there and was then hung up on. So I went there and showed the lady at the counter who hung up on me a picture of the dead fly in the food after she asked for proof. She then rolled her eyes at me and said well what do you want me to do and that she had other customers to deal with. She then tried to tell me she didn’t speak good English and to speak to the gentleman in the back who then started cursing at me when I said I would leave my phone number for the owner to call me. I didn’t want my money back nor did I want new food. I just wanted them to be aware of what happened so they could be more careful cause they are dealing with peoples food. Worst customer service I ever experienced.
