This is one of those places where a regular meal turns into an exceptional experience. Grilling your own food at the table is fun, social, and surprisingly relaxing—perfect for a couple or two who want to talk, cook, and enjoy the moment together.
What truly elevated our visit was the service team. Jeff, the manager, is exceptionally attentive and personable—he spent real time with us and made us feel genuinely welcome. James, although new to serving, did a phenomenal job with confidence and warmth, and Laura, as head server, was graciously guiding him while keeping a close eye on our table. You could feel the teamwork and care.
The food concept is fantastic. The chicken, steak, short ribs, and pork were excellent, and the vegetables were fresh and generous. Grilling pineapple alongside the meats was a brilliant touch. The only challenge was the fish—it tended to stick and was tricky to manage on the grill. The ice cream at the end was a sweet, satisfying finish.
They do have a 90-minute limit, but at lunch, with the place not too busy, we happily lingered past two hours. Overall, a wonderful experience that we’ll absolutely return for.

Last Saturday, our family of four had dinner at Spring Grill House and overall, we had a really fun experience! Make sure you book a reservation or you may have difficulty getting a table. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable for kids, and the restaurant itself looked clean and well-kept. It felt like a great spot for a weekend dinner out. The food was tasty across the board — everything we tried was flavorful and nicely presented. One thing to note: the dishes were on the smaller side, so we found ourselves ordering several items (and then reordering a few favorites). A couple of the items we requested didn’t come out in the exact quantities we expected, which was a little confusing, but nothing that ruined the night. It’s definitely a fun place to go, and we’d return again. That said, bringing kids can get a bit pricey if they aren’t big eaters… lol. Overall, a good experience and a nice Saturday night out!

Grill your own food you order from an IPad at your table. We had 2 tables side by side & a party of 9. The food arrived almost immediately, however some times after reordering you would only get one item, like one chicken wing or one wonton. We got a good laugh out of it and realized you had to order the quantity you want or you’ll just get one. It was way too loud in there to even hear across the table. Servers were attentive when grilles needed attention. They were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.

We recently visited this place, and even though it was super busy, the service was absolutely top-notch. Our orders came out surprisingly fast, and everything was fresh and delicious.
The drinks were SO good — honestly, it’s been a long time since I truly enjoyed a really well-made cocktail .
Not many pictures because we were too busy eating but that says it all. Even our 3-year-old had an amazing time and enjoyed herself, which always makes the experience even better.

A lot of fun to eat here! I’m alone on a business trip and my daughter recommended I try this place. I wasn’t too sure what to do at first but my waiter explained everything, and, long story short, I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Hamilton!

Thanks to Jeff. I had an amazing experience at Spring Grill House. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The grilled meats were juicy, well-seasoned, and had that perfect char that makes every bite satisfying. The side dishes were just as good and complemented everything nicely.
The atmosphere was clean, modern, and welcoming, which made it a great place to relax and enjoy the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Service was fast without feeling rushed.

This place is an all u get eat bbq. U order however many meats and sides u want via an ipad. Service is quick, so u don’t have to wait too long between your orders. Flavors were great to try. Overall definitely worth the price of $40 per person. They have a great selection of seafood as well! The only negative that comes to mind is that the flame of the grill was not high enough, so it took ages to cook the corns and other veggies.
