WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION SINCE 1980? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste.
We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

Let me start off with the good things. Restaurant was clean. I asked the manager to turn it on the football game that was on. He finally managed to come over turn it to the game. By then I had begun eating my meal. He walked over to the table asked how the food was. I told him now that he mentioned it the BBQ was cold asked if he could warm it up. He said all they had was heating lamps. But they he could get me some fresh BBQ that might be a lil warmer . I was like ok. He standing there with his hand out. I’m like what do you want . He tells me he needs the plate. I’m like for what u can’t warm it up. I tell him never mind. I then give him a piece of sausage in napkin. He like yeah that is cold. Then tells me he needs the entire plate. I take all the sausage and give it to him in a napkin. I tell him I’m not giving him him my entire plate.i came to eat dinner w my family not sit at table and watch them eat. He then catches a attitude with me because I won’t give him the plate. I almost got up and left. But I refuse to pay 80 dollars for bbq or what a normal person would consider cold cuts to go home hungry. He finally brought me my sausage . I’ll never go back there again. Don’t recommend this location at all

I come all the time for the rib plate and loaded baked potato. This time I decided to try their pecan cobbler for the first time. I’m more of a pecan pie fan and I eat it without the crust. I think they made a good choice to switch to the cobbler. I really enjoyed the crust. It was crunchy and buttery. Really good. Will definitely order it again.

The people here are so nice and very accommodating. The best service I’ve seen in a long time. If you want good food and awesome atmosphere go here! I picked up delivery for someone and they were the nicest and kind to everyone there. Shout out to Lance who really showed me what is like to care for your customers. Keep shining bright!

The barbeque here is delicious! It is always full of flavor and cooked through. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We regularly visit this restaurant and look forward to coming.
The French fries are my favorite side because they have consistent flavor. The fried okra is also good but can be a hit or miss. I recommend the turkey, sausage, st. Louis ribs (or whichever is hot off the grill), baked potato, free Sunday ice cream… Just about anything!

Whew Lawd this crap is nasty and old! The brisket looked and tasted months old. The ribs barely tolerable. The Mac and cheese and green beans need serious intervention and fast. Mac and Cheese out of a box tasted better and the green is honestly can’t be describe. The sausage and corn was cold and old. The best part of this entire visit is the fresh rolls and the okra basket. My first and last time ever. This is ridiculous

This is our regular Friday night date spot. The friendliness of the staff is refreshing and the food is delicious. The baby back ribs are my favorite and my Wife loves the turkey. The entire attitude of this place makes me want to come back all the time. Love it here.

Since we were too lazy to leave the house on this cold day, we ordered BBQ from Spring Creek Richmond from UBER Eats. I ordered the 3 meat plate. Brisket was mediocre (and a VERY small serving), Sausage was GREAT, Ribs were absolutely the WORST RIBS I HAVE EVER TRIED TO CONSUME! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I was served a piece of dried-up trash that must have been sitting in warming oven for days. I have had better beef jerky from Buckee’s. This serving of Ribs was so bad I felt compelled to write this review. If the management does not know how to prepare, smoke or serve ribs, please contact me & I will be more than happy to drop by & teach you. The serving you provided me was absolutely unfit for consumption. If it wasn’t so cold today, I would drive up to your restaurant and ask for a refund.

They call this “moist” but it’s DRY N LEAN, couldnt even finish it. Guy before me took 1lb off the top of the brisket, which was the moist part. So my cut was all lean at the bottom. He couldn’t even chop-up the meat because the piece he cut for me was way too hard.
The BUNS WERE FROZEN COLD couldnt even finish the first bite. Pinto beans super salty. Green beans so drenched wet and broken down, a fork can barely pick them up.
Big cashier kid keeps hanging out with the people that cut meat. I had to walk all the way back to ask him to check me out.
Refund this, or will dispute after transaction posts, this is unacceptable quality, how do you survive with no quality control?

I think Spring Creek has some of the best BBQ around. I am willing to even pay the premium price they ask for. But I come also for the bread rolls the last few times the bread was really lacking. This time we didn’t even get one! It makes me think they are phasing out bread or something. Not sure I can pay premium for bbq and not get rolls .

I’ve been coming to the Aliana location on 99 for quite some time. But lately I noticed that the food and service has decreased. From dry brisket to tasteless sides. I love this place, but unfortunately, it seems that I need to start looking for a new BBQ place.
