Great atmosphere, I went at 1130am and there is people working while enjoying drinks and food. There is great beer options and collabs that produce even better beer options. I had a Halloween themed small plate with paring beers. This was a great extra themed opportunity I ran into! There is also board games 🙂

Spotted Octopus Brewing now makes my list as one of the most unique and fun breweries to visit. The selection of beers is great and each one better then the last. Staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Please stop here if you get the chance!

Great spot, always enjoy the service, and the beers on tap. Food is always fresh, and creative, while beers pair well with many of the dishes and the season. Recommend this place to anyone who loves craft beer and looking for a bite!

This is a great place and we found by accident while exploring the local area around the Museum of Play. The atmosphere is very open, friendly, and easy going with the staff making everyone smile and feel like regulars. The place seemed very popular with locals as evidenced by the small groups of bachelorette parties coming in staying for a bit and moving on. The beer is frankly, beautiful and a work of art. The food is good and we ordered the “trash plates” not understanding that it was going to be a poutine-style affair. Very, very, good and not disappointed, just a lot of food and it was a bit of a surprise.

My boyfriend and I really love this place. It was a happy accident we stumbled upon it in the first place – we were actually looking for a different brewery. The food is absolutely delicious and I love the different flight pairings they do each month! Im always looking forward to the next one. The beers are, quite obviously, delicious which is the man reason we always come back. The bartenders are awesome as well! Always friendly, remember us and engage in great convo. I recommend this place to anyone I talk to! Great local spot.

Great little spot we found right near the play museum. Amazing beers, even better French fries, and as every brewery parent knows Kid friendly. They have a small assortment of games to share with at the table. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I think almost everyone stopped by us at one point to say hi.

Great beer, great staff, great food, great atmosphere.
Staff are so kind and welcoming- they graciously let us try as many beers as we wanted before settling on our chosen pints.
Super cool music and decor and beer names too!
A Gunslinger’s Brew (Spiced Graff) answers the question “what if Gluhwein were a super yummy beer?” While the Peach & Pepper feels like a journey for your mouth, starting with soft peach and ending with a bloom of pepper after. Wonderful selection. Cant wait to come back and try more!

The only thing saving this place is the one beer. We walked in, the place seemed cool. Fun facts on the wall on your way to the tap room. Cute. Fun. Whimsical. Great! We walked up to the bar to look at the options and this guy with less than professor Snape personality walks up but doesnt greet us just stands there. We ask how many in a flight he says 6 we asked about the one beer but other than that his man does not offer any warmth or additional info nothing just broody vampire vibes. Fine I was still hopeful for the drinks. We ordered dinner (trash plate) boy did he seem bothered we wanted to order food. I told him the order and he seemed like it was a huge inconvenience while taking my food order. We take our flight and sit down. We loved the one where they fermented cider and beer together so when this bartender brings our food over I ask what kind of beer is fermented with the cider. he just says he has no clue and hands me our food and walks away. The burgers are frozen walmart patties ya know the ones that almost look like they are shaped by a flower cookie cutter thats fine ish( but i could have swarn i saw smash burger on the menu whatever) but the Mac salad had a texture of playdough with the nastiest taste I have ever had. I spit it in my napkin it was so awful. Right there ruined the buzz I had. We wanted to check to see if the beer we really liked was in the cooler nothing there and the man was so over joyed when we asked other questions we didnt feel comfortable asking if there was any in the back. So We ate some of the potatos and the burger patties finished our drinks and left. The beers we had in our flight were really good but awful food and terrible service With the beer market crashing I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the next place on the list of breweries closing.

I took a beat to write this because perhaps this was just a bad day, or they were annoyed we were there early for Geeks who drink, but I recall my experience being not so great due to the service. Now, I work in customer service, and it feels ridiculous to have to feel like I am a bother when trying to get service. I’m not sure if these are the owners or just the two bartenders, but they were so rude and non-inclusive. I’m saddened by their attitude and lack of any customer service. It was not inviting, and we were there before the crowd came for the trivia that night–like we were the only people there, and it felt like we were annoying both bartenders. One bartender spent 15 minutes talking to someone while I stood there just wanting a refill of a beer. The other bartender huffed and puffed to a point I don’t know what anyone did. Again, perhaps a bad day, but it turned me off from returning, although the beers were good and the food was great, love their selection of different fries, and the burger was yum! Sad face indeed on the customer service.
