If I can give it 0 stars I would.
I had traveled down from Atlanta for New Year’s and decided to stay at Live casino which has sports & social grill inside. I decided to order the grill chicken sandwich. It took a little over 30 min to receive it.
It was burnt and very disgusting.
I tried my best to eat it but the burnt taste was overwhelming. So I took It back. The manager by the name of “Jazz”came out with the most ugliest attitude and said that they couldn’t remake it. She then went to the back to bring out some fresh bread that took 11min. By this time my fries was cold so I politely asked for fresh fries. She told me that it would be a $6 charge. I’ve never in my life experienced this type of customer service and I will not be returning to this location. And to the person whom hired her… she should be fired!!! She’s definitely not a good fit in the hospitality field………SMH

OMG! I wouldn’t have expected the awesome experience. To be short, Jacinta (“Spirit”) was amazing! Seriously, she started off like anyone else, then started cracking jokes and having my friend and myself laughing. The food was okay, but Jacinta made the whole experience exquisite! We love the atmosphere with the DJ playing music during commercials between sporting events! I found my sports ball for this season and be back later this week. Depending on server… I may have another review ;D.

We love going to live and sports and social is the only bars we hit. With bartenders like Marlene you can’t go wrong. Service on point, drinks are spot on point. 10 out 10 for sure.

My husband and I went for the very first today. Sarah was our waitress and she was a delight. She visited with us and told us Live will be opened for one year next month (Feb). She was very informative. We will definitely be back and ask for her. Food and drinks were awesome.

We met Heather Gamble within minutes of arriving at the casino. She was awesome and since it was our first time here she even offered to walk us around.
We purposely looked her up on our second day. She is a very sweet and bubbly personality. Friday for lunch we will be where Heather is working. Looking forward to an entertaining time.
