Spoonsticks left a very good impression on us as first time visitors. The place isn’t that big but the ambiance is on point. Not to mention, the attentiveness and pleasant mannerism from the food servers were just exceptional. I wished everyone everywhere was that polite. Honestly, it had us contemplating about visiting some Asian countries, starting off with Japan . This place is a nice little gem. Now onto the real reason for the visit, the food. They have an extensive menu and everything looks irresistible. We appreciated the visuals included on the menu to give customers an idea of what the food looks like. For appetizers, we ordered the 10 piece Korean fried wings, half “garlic soy sauce” and the other half “original sweet sour spicy.” We also added the maandu, Korean steamed vegetable dumplings as part of our appetizer. For the main course meals, there were veggie fried rice and teriyaki chicken, jeonju dolesote bibimbap, and spicy rice cake. For drinks, we tried their lemonade. And let me say, the food and drinks were delicious. It’s definitely a place that we’ll be visiting again for we anticipate the service will be consistent. Finally, I’d like to give our waiter, Min, some credit for making our first visit memorable.

Great Korean spot, Not a huge menu, but they have the classics! Got the L.A. Galbi, tteokbokki, and tonkatsu ramen – all were delicious. Asked for spicy sauce on the side, and that elevated all the flavors to my liking even more!
Attentive wait staff, clean and well-kept restaurant, and classy decor. It’s a 5 for me 🙂

first off, you’re asian, pls literally don’t have high expectations, this place is not a flushing replacement at any capacity. it’s pretty expensive and everything is pretty mid. the water tastes like tap water and the drinks are pretty overpriced. we had ramen and it was heavy. the soup was oily and thick, not bad, but not worth 20 dollars.

Saw Spoonsticks on tiktok of all places and definitely wanted to try it. So glad we did! The ramen and drinks were amazing! Tantanmen was perfectly spicy and the appetizers were just as good (so good we ate them before remembering to snap a pic lol!). The garlic soy wings are a MUST and the pork bun was also yummy. Had our first Korean corn dog and it was delicious and SUPER cheesy! Service was also super friendly from start to finish.
Definitely will be back again, for sure!

We ordered take out one day and mid went back to dine in because the food was legit! This place is amazing. Food was delicious, best kimchi fried rice I ever had and the soft shell crab bun was to die for. Love the decor and ambiance. Our waitress was above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

We did a pick up order. Ordered a good amount of items and mains/meats. Not easy to find a Korean place on the island. The food wasn’t bad, but of course I am not expecting Queens flavors. And we all know Korean is probably one of the most expensive Asian cuisines and I was pretty when no Banchans! No side kimchi… . Hate to say it but dealbreaker?

I love Spoon Sticks! The atmosphere is relaxing and just a bit edgy with a large TV playing an avant-garde black and white video of two men with a bag sitting at a table doing nothing interesting. The service was exceptional by a very handsome man in army fatigues.
The food was authentic Korean cuisine – fresh, beautifully plated and delicious. We started with a Japanese steamed pork bun. Our main courses were Beef Bulgogi, Beef Jap Chae, and JeonJu BibimBap with Beef Bulgogi. Sides of kimchi and radish made it all so refreshing. Ending with Ho Tteok and Yuzu cheesecake made it a perfect dinner.
Our second visit which will be followed by many more. Don’t miss this jewel.

This is a not your prototypical Korean BBQ in Flushing Queens. There’s no grill on your table with an exhaust fan. Everything thing is cooked in the Kitchen. Many of my favorite Korean dishes that you would normally have to go to separate restaurants to get, are here. From Fried chicken, Kim Chi fried rice, to Kalbi. As a bonus, they make Ramen here as well. Nice decor and very clean facilities. Our server seemed extremely shy, but nice. Public restrooms. Credit cards accepted. We’re looking forward to coming back here again soon!

The food here is incredible. I always get the LA Galbi, and it’s amazing. The spicy chicken wings are a must; the perfect blend of sweet and crunchy. And the steamed beef dumplings are so buttery and packed with flavor. The mochi was okay… a little tough. The mango bubble tea was a little too sweet and tasted like bubble gum, but the entree from there is amazing. The glass noodles and beef bulgogi are good as well.
