Call to order takeout, please note that on busy evenings we do cut off takeout. During cold weather we have indoor dining, just 8 tables and warm weather we have outdoor seating. Reservations highly recommended.

Literally the best salmon I have had in my life. The skin was so perfectly crisp and the meat was so tender and delicious. Service was great, we were able to get a table for 2 after calling about 20 minutes beforehand and were seated immediately after arriving. All of the staff we interacted with were very sweet and accommodating. The superfood dip and the black bean soup as starters were amazing as well. Mac and cheese was also good, but very very rich as to be expected. Dessert was AMAZING, we got the stone fruit cheesecake. I will be thinking about this food for weeks.

We had our best Tahoe meal at Spoon! The little house ambiance was perfect – we sat upstairs and had the perfect view of the kitchen to see the awesome team in action. The green goddess salad was beautiful and delicious even for this non veggie eater. We also got the soup of the day which was great and the bacon Mac and cheese. They were all fresh made and delicious. The linguine and meatballs were delicious, better than any I had before. Finally, an out of this world dessert menu, I wish we had gotten everything! Highly recommend and definitely will be back

Awesome! It’s a very cute, little family owned restaurant. They have lots of vegan options. Had their tofu bowl and the creamy salsa dressing was amazing. We also got roasted vegetables and tomato soup. All the three turned out to be great. The people at this restaurant were very kind. They only have outdoor seating but I don’t think you would want to sitting indoors. Also, ask for their daily specials!

Small, home style American eatery. The waiter was nice and took our order for takeout very politely. Unfortunately, the food was quite salty: the mushroom soup, tomato sauce on the linguini, were both overly salted and we already usually enjoy heavier seasoning / salting. The toasts were more balanced, herb oil on ciabatta was aromatic! If a little sparse on the spread. Cheesy toast was also savory and aromatic, but cheese was pale and not browned/caramelized. Hearty meal overall, but would recommend diners to ask for slightly less salt (if our takeout was representative of the usual fare).

Very cute place that is reasonably priced for Tahoe! Nice range of food with a lot of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options, but still plenty of choices for meat eaters as well. Very nice outdoor seating with cute lights. The Mac n cheese was ridiculously good! But all of it was really good. We also got the roasted veggies and the med spread and finished with a few desserts. Also offer a selection of standard but good quality teas. There is a cute dog that greeted us. Overall definitely worth a visit and a nice ambiance for a quick bite to eat.

When your tired of resort food and want an affordable, high quality, fresh and healthy meal.. head to Spoon. Fabulous/friendly owners and food that belongs in a high end restaurant. Chicken was great – cooked spot on, excellent potato cake & sauce Soup of the day was amazing. Also really liked side of veggies – roasted perfectly with peppers squash and cauliflower.
