If I could give negative stars, the rating would be negative 100. I ordered an L8 with wedges and K18 which is a bowl. We were told that it would be a 5 minute wait on the fish and was asked to pull up. 15 minutes go by…no food. I backed up and I heard one of the employees say,” What are they waiting on?” She then turned to me and said ,” It will be 2 more minutes, I’ll bring it right out” Soooo we pull up again only to wait another ten minutes. Someone clearly cannot tell time. Finally someone brought us our food, no wedges, no bowl, we received the L8 with Cole slaw, and a chicken meal of some sort that was about 85% breading and 15% chicken. I want my money back, but of course we weren’t given a receipt. Will NOT be returning to this restaurant, it’s the absolute worst!!

I tried to order the salmon combo meal and the young man taking the order didn’t know what I was talking about and asked if I wanted 1 or 2 pieces. That’s not how the salmon dinner is done. At the window he said all the fish are deep fried. I told him it wasn’t, it was grilled but he insisted that was training procedure. I got the 2 piece fish combo, no salmon in sight when I got home. Train your employees correctly management.

I ordered fish and got chicken fried in fish batter. Didn’t even bother with the ready if the food.. Called up there to see why and no answer. Never again, I want my $10 back please and thanks!

Don’t order doordash here! If something is unavailable, instead of contacting the customer after waiting an hour for a delivery that was only supposed to be 25 minutes they cancelled my order, no contact or anything! I could’ve chosen something else or something! Now I have to wait 5 days for my money back! Next time don’t screw people over and just call the customer!

Visitng from out of state and was very excited that there was a long johns silvers near us. Was the worst experience ever!! First it was sooo hot inside i dont think there was any A/C., being almost 100 degrees outside this should be something thats needed. The gentlemen took our order. I asked for a reciept he told me he didnt know how to print a reciept. I asked if anyone else around knew how to print one he said no. So i got no receipt for proof of purchase on my card. We got our drinks filled with ice from behind the counter by the gentleman but told us to use the fountain machine in lobby, which turned out to be super flat. Not one choice but 4 different kinds. I went to tell the guy maybe his co2 or something was out n not only did he not ask to fill the sodas from the machine at drive thru but he was sitting on top of the drive thru counter and there was an older woman standing between his legs rubbing his legs. This was very inappropriate as my 2 children age 5 and 12 were watching. If he had time to sit he had time to clean as this place was in bad shape inside. WONT DO AGAIN!!

There was 1 man doing everything, taking care of the drive thru. There was a lady there and was replenishing food. I stood for at least 10 minutes or more and was not acknowledged, come to find out the lady did not speak English. There was people that came and left. The man was doing everything and felt bad I was waiting for so long

I ordered 2 of the L2 with an extra piece of chicken. Then I ordered L6. This one is SUPPOSED to be 4 pieces of shrimp and 2 pieces of fish. INSTEAD, I received 5 pieces of shrimp. As much as I like shrimp, I was looking forward to the fish. Very disappointed that now that I got home (3.5 miles away!) The order was WRONG!!!! Tried to call twice and my calls were unanswered.

Poor climate control…atmosphere not cozy at all. Door falling apart and dirty floor.

No paper towels in restroom just blower (need choice).

Not one Long John Silver’s advertisement on window or wall.

Chicken planks so much better now that their fresh, not frozen!
