I took my whole family here because my daughter had a free kids meal. We really enjoyed our meal and the experience. My pesto was a little on the oily side, but the flavor was still good. The kids got pizza and it was awesome. My wife had gluten-free pasta and it was lights out awesome. The only reason I won’t give it a 5 star was it was just on the pricey side. Can’t wait to go back!

This small pasta chain near the University of Central Florida is, for lack of a better word, excellent! You go up, tell them your pasta and your ingredients, they cook it right in front of you and you are sitting down to eat in less than ten minutes! The food is excellent and full of flavour, the staff is happy and helpful and make your meal with care! An excellent place to stop and get lunch or dinner!

I had a create your own pasta dish and it was not what I expected. My wife and I had tried this place when they first opened and were disappointed. My son talked me into trying it again and this time I was impressed. Their Alfredo sauce was not what I am used to but it was good.
You start with a selection of menu items which you can customize or you can create your own. You choose a pasta, a base, 6 fillings, and a sauce. Then they heat it up in a saucepan and serve it on a large plate. They also have soups and flatbreads.

First time going here and I will definitely be back! You have the option to build your own pasta or choose a ready made option. Its really cool seeing everything cooked right in front of you and the workers were very helpful!

My new favorite place. After passing by and not triying it for a few years, we decided to try it today. Best decision, the food was perfect and it felt like the ingredients were truly from the farm; extremelu fresh. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered one of the few vegetarian items, a salad that it’s description did not specify any meat in eat. Yet salad with full of bacon pits arrived ! Please put correct descriptions in your food items so that people with dietary restrictions can comfortably order anything from you !
