Really creative menu and nice quality food in Burnsville. The portion sizes were very large, which was refreshing! I had the wings and usually can finish 12 no problem, but they were really large so 8 was plenty. They had creative sauces. The…fireball? app was ridiculously delicious. They are kind of like hush puppies but 10x better, and not overly spicy, in my opinion. My husband had the burger and it was huge and seemed to be of good quality beef. Very nice staff and owners. Definitely a solid food choice in Burnsville.

I am a foodie and love mixing flavors and creating new recipes so I was excited to try the options here. We had a group of 5 out for dinner. We ordered a variety of items from the menu. The burger was okay and the wings were actually great (that’s why I am leaving 2 stars, the wings deserve 5, but the other items were not good at all). The noodle bowls had good flavor, but the chicken option had a strong fish taste (the shrimp was good).The noodles were spaghetti noodles which were okay, just not expected. Avoid the red beans and rice. Those were inedible. I’ve been eating and cooking cajun food most of my life and these were extremely over spiced. It was like an entire box of cajun seasoning had been added to one bowl of beans. There were also some cinnamon and cardamom flavors that just didn’t work with the other flavors in the beans. I was only able to eat two bites of these and they were tossed in the trash.

Amazing food! Great menu of classic bar food choices with interesting, spicy flavor twists. Deep fried cauliflower and the “fire balls” apps are great. The “bird dog” and fish sandwich are also great, as well as the wings. Highly recommend!

Wow!how can so many BIG delicious flavors come from a tiny truck? It’s alchemy that turns humble cauliflower into Golden Milk Tempura jewels, and magic that has landed the best Green Chile cheeseburger east of New Mexico in Burnsville, NC. Chicken wings in tangy dry-rub with creamy garlic sauce, Thai curry to make you cry with happiness. I could go on but don’t want to talk with my mouth full and can’t wait to fill it with more from Spoke!

A fabulous menu & convenient location. It’s amazing to be able to get a super yummy burger and a spicy green curry from the same truck. I have eaten here more than at home since they opened up & I just can’t get enough!! It’s wonderful that they have options for all types of dietary needs too-vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free-all the things. Wasn’t planning on eating there after work today, but now that my mouth is watering writing this review…how can I not?
