What a disappointment! Marcos is my favorite pizza and I usually order take out! Today is Valentine’s and we decided to order delivery nothing special a medium deluxe order an hour in advance and it arrived 20 mins late and cold. I wouldn’t have even know it was delivered had my doorbell camera not picked it up. Wasted 5.00$ tip!

You guys have always been my go to pizza place. Tonight changed that. Pre-ordered and thirty five minutes late. Ordered no green pepper and it was covered in green peppers. Salad was brown and inedible! Very disappointed! Not again.

Talk about greatness! It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Each pizza was loaded so much that it was falling off the pizza from its weight. The cheese was amazing as every bite was well cooked to the tee!

Mediocre pizza. I don’t blame it on the employees; they were actually great and kind. The chain has just gone downhill like every other major chain, prioritizing profits instead of sticking to what’s good. Thanks Tristian (I think I misheard the name) for helping me out.

Not only was my original pizza made incorrectly, I noticed that when they were remaking my pizza the man was not wearing gloves. After asking why he wasn’t wearing gloves it was told to me that he wasn’t wearing gloves because there’s a sink back there and that there’s no need. Also, he stated that heat kills germs. The guy that I spoke with name was Eli. When I returned home with both pizzas I noticed that the first pizza was not only made incorrectly, but it also had a hair on it. I am completely disappointed and I will not be returning.

I ordered here today and this is the salad I received. I didn’t notice it’s condition until I got home. Next time I know either to check before I leave the store or don’t order the salad at all. It’s browning and old. I was told the manager would be giving me a call but it seems unlikely.

I am a loyal customer of this Marcos location. I am part disabled so it’s hard for me to get out and I have to use delivery most of the time. I order the same pizza at least once a month. Well I got a pizza tonight that was not the usual quality. I called and spoke with manager Jamal and he said he would remake it for me. Well he did and it was delicious!! The man who delivered it is always so nice and he was so apologetic! I really appreciate you all so much! Jamal you are the best!!
