Slow service. Waited over 20 min just to get a drink order. If you have shellfish allergies you can’t have anything fries here as they fried everything on same oil. Cross contamination risk is very high. Burger was order well done and it was definitely medium.

By far one of out worst dining experiences to date.
Waited over an hour to get a table, and after being sat down, spent 30 minutes while trying to grab multiple servers attention until one of the bussers finally got us menus. Then after another 15 minutes we got the attention of the same busser and asked for a server to take our order. After 15 more minutes, a total of 2 hours of waiting, we left, without even a glass of water.
Definitely not a great first impression on Massanutten Resort services. We definitely wont return to Splash’s.

Service horrible, there were hungry customers waiting to be seated but restaurant was busy hosting bingo, not accepted. Have bingo outside lunch and dinner time.
Salad bag from Walmart is worth every penny than here. Waitress was awesome but overwhelmed by kitchen ordered.

First i would like to warn you on this place the atmosphere is great if you looking for a place to have drinks the vibe is great , me and my family of 4 went for dinner and paid $150.00 for dinner, very disappointed with food, service and the cost of what we paid . I recommend making grocery and having it at your resort. I order a appetizer of oyster i ate them in 2 minutes the price was market price which was $35.00 for 12 , I order a crab cake dinner which was market price which was $35.00 i could of bought from a grocery store and put in oven on plate was suppose to been Cole slaw and the rice seem to be cooked in microwave , my husband order jerk pork chop which was bbq sauce $35.00 bulks, my daughter ordered hot dog that was disgusting and fries with a side of shrimps that came with 3 small broil shrimp for $5.00 , The restaurant isn’t what you think . I cant believe this place is open , If i do ever attend this place it would be for drinks only . I dont want an apology for service i would like a refund of my money i spent here also to warn people it is not what you think and to think twice before you eat here.I was going to order dessert but didnt even bother. First time at Massanutten so wanted to try a restaurant with family should’ve known better when restaurant wasn’t pack an it was in side of a water park. Never again .

Went for Saturday night live music. Musician was great, friendly, and even took requests.
However there was a total of ten people in the place. Between the three people working it took 30 minutes to get drinks, three of which were beers.
Service slow.. if looking for a bar..go to a place where wait staff is old enough to have tried the drinks they are serving.

This place has a really cool atmosphere overlooking the waterpark. However, the price of food is pretty high but the service made up for it (even though you could tell they were short staffed). We found out the bartender quit the morning of the day we showed up. The drink prices were pretty reasonable for a resort bar setting and were very tasty. We ended up here after the waterpark started closing everything due to a contamination. We would definitely come back for drinks and maybe some snacking items. This place is a good choice to watch your family down below instead of paying $30 to just “spectate” at the waterpark.

This place is way too small for the activities that they try to offer. It was clean and the decor was standard. The food options are limited, yet diverse, to hopefully attract the broadest audience. The flavor profile is standard bar fare. Nothing to write home about.
Our waitress did her best under the circumstances. It was quite busy, and they were clearly understaffed. This was not her fault.
The event DJ started very early, so that caused some confusion, but overall it is a fun space to be.
