Food is very good (hand made brick over pizzas, salads, some sandwiches and Gelato). You order up front at the counter (easily customize orders) then take the stable stand number your given and select your seats (tables, booth, outside-weather permitting). Server brings drinks and tableware, then food when ready (usually fairly quick). They check frequently for refills, etc. Not the lowest priced but very good selection within the category and decent service.

This place is so funny. Staff are nice, food is good, but I have never once had my water refilled in the couple of years we have been coming here Sundays to take advantage of their (amazing) Kids Eat Free on Sundays deal. Like not once! Even when I have asked they just vanish never to be seen again. Just such a funny thing.

I grew up eating pizza from the likes of Domino’s and the Hut, so I never developed a taste for the thinner crusts and better quality ingredients from higher end places such as Spin. Objectively I believe the pizza here is much better than typical delivery. It just isn’t what I think of when the pizza mood hits.
Fortunately Spin makes a variety of other food for cretins like me. Their sandwiches and salads are excellent. And the service is polite and efficient.

I ordered pizza on before New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The pizza was burnt, and even worse, the dip that came with it was also burnt. The plastic cup for the dip was scorched, which made it clear that this wasn’t just a mistake but a careless oversight. Considering it was for a special occasion, the food quality was far below expectations. I’m really frustrated with the overall experience. I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!!

Love this place so much! It’s my favorite date night spot. The mini Mia is perfect because I get to pick out my own pizza and half salad, and I’m not expected to share . I love getting the gelato afterward and sitting outside. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with indecisive customers (that’s me). Finally joined their loyalty program so super excited to start earning free ‘za.

Yes the pizza, our salad was edible, and my peanut butter gelato are all yummy! And the venue is nice.
However, the staff is rude! I never got my side of ranch I requested. No one touched our tables to see if my sister and I lacked anything or just ask about our experience.

Careful what you order and get!
Someone needs to specify the size of the Detroit pizza / box! A grande is NOT grande. 6 pieces that are 3×3’’. I would order a salad and some wings to complete a meal. The $21 pizza advertised is misleading. I’ll leave this right here.

They have not figured out the Detroit yet. The oven is not calibrated and burns one side to charcoal. The mini mia may be too small and absorbs heat.
Now when we brought this up to our server and the manager, neither of them stated they were sorry and it was not the experience we would like you to have. They did nothing to fix the problem or address it with us, kinda like well we have your money and tough luck.
