I’ve ordered again a few times to give this location another chance and so glad the 1st instance wasn’t my only impression.
The spice level and flavor is more accurate to the long beach location, the veggies are enough, it wasn’t too oily, and it finally satisfies my craving.
Took a few orders to get it right so it might just be whoever is in the kitchen, but it’s definitely improved the past couple orders!

I went to this location cause I’d recently tried the long beach location and was craving their vegan pan fried green curry chow mein (medium spicy, soft tofu). Was so excited to have a closer location in mid city. Unfortunately, they do not seem to make it the same here. What I got tasted more like an alfredo sauce than green curry, and it wasn’t the slightest bit spicy (there were also less veggies and tofu in it but I didn’t mind since it meant more noodles). It was still tasty but definitely not the same dish I had in long beach and it didn’t satisfy my craving. Also, it was really oily.
Would try again to see if it was a one-off mistake or if they actually have a completely different recipe and spicy meter from the long beach location.
