Interesting place that serves a very limited menu – All dishes made on a tawa. The Pav Bhaji is pretty good – With a decent spice to it.

Enjoyed the Tawa Pulav a lot as well! The place is pretty big for the menu they have – Ample seating, clean tables and you can see the food being made live. The food is served pretty quickly and the complex has free parking.

Food was so hot it burnt my mouth for days. Nothing wrong with taste though but they could have warned that the Vada in vada Pav is extremely hot like literally burned upper pallet. Taking two stars off for that.

A very small menu, so easy choices to make and you won’t be disappointed with the choices. Portion size is huge for pav bhaji, prefer ordering extra pav. Very flavorful and hot off the pan. Vada Pav was equally delicious, although i would suggest some extra spice to the vada pav. Lassi was good.
place was clean and service was great.
Certainly a must try. And if you have never tried pav bhaji before, certainly a good place to try it.

Well well..you can’t expect Indian taste Pav Bhaji in the USA.. but fair enough taste I found in Spice street.. Pav Bhaji name is enough for Indian food lover.. a little bit disappointed but ok.. large dining area.. good and friendly staff.. moderate taste.. over all I liked it..

The place had an overwhelming smell of toilet bowl cleaner when I entered, which was an immediate turn-off. I was really looking forward to the pav bhaji, and the cashier was incredibly sweet and welcoming. However, the food was a complete letdown. The bread was totally stale, and the curry tasted like it had been sitting for days. It lacked the freshness I was hoping for and just wasn’t the yummy experience I remember. Looks can be deceiving

Originally from pune, bombay who once ate only vada pav/pav bhaji as a meal. Friend suggested this place as its popular on social media.
I tried pav bhaji and vada pav. The regular pav bhaji is spicy enough so the spicy one has to be for those who dont have taste buds.
Good: The bhaji and vada were good. The vada was a bit too salty though

Bad: The reason I gave 3 stars is an average of 4 stars for bhaji/vada and 2 stars for pav. The pav is most disappointing. Its not the authentic ladi pav. Its not hard making as i make it at home. The pav here tastes like cheap, mass produced pav.

So probably the last visit for me until they improve their pav game

Just had pav bhaji here. It was extremely salty. The non spicy version was quite spicy. The pav was hard. You have to literally buy water here. Overall ambience was not bad. I don’t plan to come here again. Not recommended.

This is a stylish Pav Bhaji restaurant in Sunnyvale, featuring a clean and inviting ambiance suitable for any cuisine. If Pav Bhaji had a dream of having its own upscale restaurant, this would be it. The menu is limited to Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, and Tawa Pulav. I tried the Spicy Pav Bhaji, which was delicious, the portion of bhaji for the pav was generous, and both the presentation and taste were impressive. I also appreciated the eco-friendly plates, bowls, and cutlery. Overall, it offers a great atmosphere for enjoying Pav Bhaji, especially compared to a food truck. However, I believe they could benefit from expanding the menu to attract a wider audience, even though Pav Bhaji can remain the star of the menu. At over $15 per plate, it may be challenging to retain customers beyond office goers around.

Amazing Pav Bhaji located in a quiet shopping outlet with plenty of parking and a light rail nearby! Pav Bhaji Pav bhaji is a quick dish from India made with a thick curry (non-meat) and served with a soft bread roll. You dip the bread in the curry with some fresh onions on top! It’s amazing and worth a try! You can get Spicy (which is really spicy) or normal!

Although this is really an Indian street food, the place is nice and has a street food feel to it! The menu is very simple and the food is excellent! Take advantage of the wonderful Indian food in Sunnyvale and give this place a try! It’s a wonderful mid afternoon snack or even a meal!

Highly recommended and worth a try!

If you’re craving authentic Indian street food in Bay Area, Pav Bhaji Hut is a must-visit. This cozy eatery specializes in the beloved Mumbai classic, pav bhaji, and they do it complete justice. It’s a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends and family. Food is served promptly, which is always a plus when you’re hungry and ready to dig in.

The star of the show is, of course, the pav bhaji. The bhaji is rich and flavorful, perfectly spiced with a hint of butter that adds to its decadence. The pav is soft, buttery, and toasted to perfection. Aside from the classic pav bhaji, they offer variations like cheese pav bhaji and spicy pav bhaji, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Their menu also includes another very popular Indian street food favourite vada pav which we absolutely loved and is definitely a must try here.

Overall Pav Bhaji Hut in Sunnyvale delivers on all fronts – delicious food, friendly service, and good value. Whether you’re a pav bhaji aficionado or new to this dish, you’re in for a treat. Highly recommended!
