So much to choose from! I ordered Penne Rosa from the walk up counter vs the sit down restaurant. It took a few minutes because everything is made to order. Ingredients were fresh, including the spinach and tomatoes and cream sauce. Good amount of chicken and pasta. Great lunch for the price and not your standard fast food!

Friendly, speedy staff, great food! I just wish the items on the overhead menu had a description below them identifying ingredients. I checked my mobile Noodles app to see what ingredients were in each dish prior to ordering. I love the chicken Veracruz salad!

Food was incredible! Best meatballs I’ve ever had in my life. The food was cooked to perfection. If you are in the area this is a must try! Even though it’s in a mall, it’s fantastic!

We had an absolutely lovely time. I haven’t been to a noodles and company in years and this was my first time back. I want to thank the staff for the patience that had while I was looking through the menu I love and haven’t had in so long. I also want to give special shout outs to their recommendations and ability to change the recipes. I can’t have mushrooms, but that wasn’t a problem here. They took our order, which was a little big for two people, and got everything right!
Unfortunately, someone who had ordered after us was named Ryan, and we were named Ray. He had grabbed our order since he was standing closer. Without hesitation, the staff immediately started working on making us our new order (they even noticed as the guy was walking off and we didn’t even need to say anything). They not only apologized, they made our food the second time while maintaining the same quality and sticking to my restrictions without needing reminded. This team today did a wonderful job. And when our food was ready, we happily grabbed everything and they were still apologetic and kind. They offered a BOGO coupon even though we hadn’t asked. As someone who works in a similar food setting, I am more than pleased to see not only how this team communicated but also handled everything. It was not their fault that Ryan was in a haste, but they did everything right. Thank you all for being my first experience back.

The food is usually pretty good, but my wife and I have decided not to go back if a certain cashier is there taking orders. I fully understand trying to upsell as it’s part of the job, but when I say MULTIPLE times what I want, just leave it. My wife and I BOTH said multiple times that we just wanted small plates. We were met with this cashier relentlessly trying to get us to get regular sized meals. Even after we finally managed to order and pay, he asked us why. I shouldn’t have to explain why I want what I ordered. Please just let people order in peace. I shouldn’t have to argue about what size meal I would like to order.
