I recently tried chai and churi from Spice & Bloom – Aldergrove, and it was absolutely amazing! The chai was perfectly brewed — rich, aromatic, and full of authentic desi flavor. It had that comforting warmth that instantly makes your day better.
The churi was fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet — just like homemade. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. It reminded me of traditional flavors from back home.

Today I was searching for a new restaurant in the Neighbourhood and I found this one near 264 and Fraser Highway .I ordered goat pickles from this restaurant today. It was really good and really soft. highly recommend to the goat lovers. I tried there goat curry as well that was really awesome.

I ordered bread pakora from this Indian restaurant, and it was amazing! It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with just the right amount of spice. The chutney that came with it was delicious too. Great taste, good portion size, and fast service — highly recommend!

Last week, I went to Langley from Toronto for a family function. We ordered food for about 40–45 people from Spice & Bloom Gourmet. We really enjoyed all of their food, and their service was very fast. Their dahi bhalla,chicken tikka, fish pakora, and goat curry were especially tasty. If you’re ever looking for catering or dining options, I would highly recommend giving them your preference.

I just tried there goat curry today and that was really awesome. It was really tangerine and good style. Indian tradition properly made.the amount of goat pieces and gravy was pretty good than that. tried their butter garlic naan that was so good in texture and so soft really recommend everyone. Please give a try once at least you will love their food.

Spices and bloom restaurant is incredible food items. I absolutely loved the food in this restaurant. Chef does an amazing job with spices .
