Awesome food, and even better service. They are amazing with kids (we have a two year old). It felt like being at a close friend or family members house (but the place is spacious). They’re interactive with guests, but the servers aren’t hovering over you while you eat. I loved the balance- the service reminds me of restaurants we went to overseas, where the servers care about your experience, but aren’t bothering you every time you take a freaking bite. The quality of food made me feel like I was a guest on someone’s house.
For someone wanting a great Curry that isn’t overpowering, try the saagwan Curry-mild. It’s tame enough for my 2 year old to eat, and absolutely delicious! The lamb is worth the extra ~$2. It’s tender and flavorful.

A good appetizer is the bistro sampler. It comes with vegetarian and meat options.
I enjoyed my meal with a Taj Mahal beer. It’s $8, but you end up getting about two pints for that. (it’s a lager, so very tame taste. I would say it’s a higher-quality drink vs Budweiser) they also have some local beers, and a full liquor menu.
All-in-all, we’ve loved this place for a wile now, and recommend it.

We love this place SO much! My wife and I go to the lunch buffet on Saturdays with our 1-year-old, and it has quickly become our favorite Indian restaurant. Rudolph is an incredible host and is so sweet to our baby. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Delicious food, delightful people, wish we could go every day.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is unique, and the wait staff are very polite (especially when explaining what is what on the menu). They have an amazing lunch buffet (reasonably priced) as well. The buffet is a great way to “get started” if you don’t know what you like, or what you might like! I highly recommend everyone try it.

We went on a Sunday night, so it wasn’t super busy. I thought the food was very good. I have nothing to complain about. Our service was excellent, and the waiter knew his way around the menu and gave good advice. We ate on the patio, and it was really nice. I want to go back some time and try the lunch buffet.
I’d say to give it a try if you like indian food, they have a large selection of choices on their menu.

Having moved to the US, I was hoping to find a curry house which offered authentic Indian food, Spice Bistro delivered above my expectations. I was not expecting to see authentic desserts/sweets on the menu, so I was very pleased with this. I always order vegetable curry, so I know a good one when I have it – this one was delicious, with fresh vegetables and just the right amount of spice. My partner had a chicken curry and they catered to her needs for it to be of a very very mild heat (the chicken was lovely.)
The service was excellent (having the owner check on us that we had already had our orders put in was a nice and appreciated touch), also the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere – we went on a busy Saturday night, though it still felt intimate, with some nice music being played live by the in house guitarist.
Being able to then have a real Indian sweet to finish the meal was a huge bonus for me. My partner had never been to an Indian restaurant and does not like curry typically, though even she enjoyed the meal and the night there on the whole. Overall, a great night and looking forward to dining out here again.

I went to Spice for a business lunch. We were greeted by the owner who walked us back to the beautiful dining area. She was very sweet and treated us with the utmost kindness. She recommended a few different options and sold us on the buffet. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. It was nice to try several different things at once. If the buffet was that tasty, I can only imagine what their regular entrees taste like. Excited to go back!

So for a place named, “Spice” their food is super bland, we went for the lunch buffet and $40 later we were very disappointed, we left hungry because they did not have a good variety of items to try… I would’ve paid $5 for the food we had, 10-15 total including tip….The service wasn’t the best, they didn’t seem to care we were there, we were the ONLY customers. We will not be going back, lesson learned.
I’ll say, the only good thing about this place is that has a great atmosphere, its pretty and well decorated, but, that. Is. It. If you’ve never had any type of Indian food, you’re only going for drinks, or the atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Excellent food. The lunch buffet is very simple and that is a big plus in my book. They don’t skimp on quality for the sake of quantity…there are eight or so dishes done very well, with excellent naan to go with it. The owner was attentive, softly spoken and kind. He offered us free mango lassis since we had never tried them and struck the perfect balance between checking on our needs and leaving us alone to eat.

Seriously impressed with every menu item. Based on my two trips, it seems like the meat dishes don’t change, but the veggie ones do.
Highlights of my meal was the butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and veggie Korma.
They also bring fresh baked naan to the table.
The bill was really reasonable at $10 a person. One of my new favorite neighborhood spots – I’ll definately be back.
