Ordered from this Spencer’s by accident when I mean to order from the one in Abington. When I realized and called the owner got on the phone was very rude and told me he would not refund me. He said he already made the food which I understand but it was an honest mistake. I know how restaurants work he’s either going to sell that pizza to the next person who orders it or the staff is gonna eat it it’s not going to get thrown away. Wish I could give zero stars

This place used to be really good I’m not sure what happened. Must have gotten bought out and new owners are lazy and don’t care. I get a steak and cheese and the cheese is not only not melted but never was- steak is dry and looks like dog food. The “Homemade wrap” now looks like they buy one out of a bag then dont even toast the outside. Place isn’t what it used to be, wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Normally i wouldnt have hesitated to give a 5 star, however i feel its only a 4 star as of lately. My order is starting to not be how i ordered it. My nephew likes his burgers plain, nothing on it. I get his order with lettuce onion tomatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise AND mustard on it.

Ordered a large 1/2 hamburg, 1/2 Hawaiian pizza yesterday. 2 years ago this pizza was FANTASTIC, oh boy not now. The crust, I shit u not was rock hard, hamburg was shaved. And they didn’t even know what to charge me.?????, your a pizza house. Added to our list of NOT returning.

Dec 31, 2024..Ordered fish/chips. Instead of frenchfries I had a baked potato. Also ordered a small onion ring.
Fish was a small portion, batter was very greasy. Fish itself was dry. Baked potato did not come with butter or sour cream. The onion rings were not a small but a large and they charged for a large. Worst part is that the onion rings were not edible, onions were very dry and thin and ***the batter itself was like trying to chew rock candy. We had to throw most of the order including all the onion rings away. I will “Never” go there again..
