Unbelievably unprofessional, rude and hostile attitude towards customers and apparently her employees as well from the store manager here by name tag ‘Tiffany’. It’s no wonder she can’t keep her employees to work the cafe in the middle of the day when people are stopping by to get food for lunch! These ratings and reviews are always a great indicator how a business is run and by whom. As a regular speedway customer all over the US (truck driver) I’ve come to know speedway to be a good place to buy from and have never had any issues whatsoever in the past 15+ years until today at this store specifically because of the managers Unbelievably rude and unprofessional behavior and attitude! I sincerely hope she changes her ways or is replaced before she makes this store even more undesirable to visit

I would give it a zero stars if it would let me. Place was dirty inside and lady manager seemed very rude. Walked up to counter to pay for gas. As I walked up she started talking to the cashier guy and distracted him by trying to make him do something else so I waited in line patiently, and then she told him all of a sudden go help that lady that standing there that hasn’t said anything to you and all the employees started laughing. I thought that was very rude because the last time I checked they are supposed to give me customer service and not me walk in and try to get their attention. Many bad reviews on here about them and that lady manager she needs to be fired and replaced. I hope the owner gets rid of her. I will never be going back there again.

Gas price outside said $2.59. I’m a loyalty member and I got five cents off. Needless to say that’s not what I paid for gas nor did I get my five cents off. I even tried to bring it to the attendance attention and she says oh our gas prices just changed just a few minutes ago. I still on your spine. It still says $2.59 but I paid $2.69 $.10 is a lot of difference and then when I go out and pump my gas to start to leave the sign still says $2.59 so I took photos of it. This is a POS of a service station and service to customers by the tenants that works there if the company wants to keep it up and run it it might need to try to get some people in there that are customer friendly

Store clerk was very rude when we needed to check out. Another staff member was rude when asked about the bathrooms having a large glass cabinet in front of the door, she said they needed to be cleaned. Will never stop there again!

Today the woman in the cafe was about as rude as she could be to me but the 2 gentlemen in front of me was totally ok. None of the drink machines had any syrup in them. But for the one in front of me she went and got him a lemonade for his combo and rang it up as such. But I go get a coke zero and the guy at the register asks do the same thing for him she says no. So I suggest you get your people in line. Cause she was rude as hell.
