I kinda feel bad doing this but there’s nowhere else to do it or to leave a review or comments about my specific order.
I also feel bad because in the 5-7 minutes I spent in the store there was just one employee doing all of the work. Which at that time consisted exclusively of removing pizzas and other items from the oven, but surely entailed making everything in the moments leading up to that to place into the oven, before I had entered the store.
My order was relatively simple – their new GARLIC PARM Pan pizza, and GARLIC PARM breadsticks.
Two major problems:
1) No (and I mean N O) GARLIC PARM on the GARLIC PARM Pan pizza. Not a drop. Just a completely bland pan pizza. Not at all as represented all over the box and the commercials. 2/10. Would not recommend.
2) A SPLASH of GARLIC PARM on the GARLIC PARM breadsticks. Which is tragedy, because they have “breadsticks” on the menu, and GARLIC PARM. The singular employee clearly knew they were GARLIC PARM breadsticks, but decided we only deserved the smallest splash. 1/10. Would not recommend.
All said and done this was my families first time (back) at this Papa John’s in almost 3 years, and it’ll likely be longer, if at all, before we return again.

New guy at the counter was great greeted me as soon as I came in , was really welcoming, he opened up my pizza and let me know how it looked before I left and offered me more peppers And he just seemed really happy and proud of his work.

Ordered food on the app for delivery, turns out the store took my money, closed up shop, and didn’t cancel the order or call me to say they couldn’t make it. Found out from the delivery driver (subbed out by door dash) that the store was closed. Absolutely a good reason to sue.

Worst papa John’s ever!!! The toppings were SOOOO skimpy. There was literally two mushrooms on a whole slice!! Even cheese was barely there! Saddest part was it was a birthday pizza. Not nice!!!!!

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN!!! I NOT SURE IF THEY ARE UNDER A NEW OWNER BUT THEY ARE USELESS AND CLUESS IN HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE RAN!!! ALSO U GET THE PIZZA BAKING RACK WITH YOUR ORDER!! WHEN MY HUSBAND SHOWED UP TO PICK IT UP THEY DIDN’T BOTHER TO MENTION MY PIZZA HAD NO PINEAPPLE I HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO FLY UNDER THE RADAR HOPING WE WOULDN’T NOTICE IT, ALSO WE ORDERED A REGULAR PEPSI AND RECEIVED A ZERO SUGAR PEPSI ( WE LIVE 15 MIN AWAY, MANAGER JUST SAID JUST COME BACK!! REALLY!!! WE JUST CAME FROM A 10 HR SHIFT TO DEAL WITH THIS NONSENSE) PICS OF RACK WILL BE INCLUDED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF PAPA JOHN’S FRANCHISE!!!

Just watched the guy making pizza take off the cap for the garlic sauce with his mouth!!! Gross out completely!!!!
Be careful when you order from there because they don’t use gloves when they touch the money and then they go back To the dough then they go over to the oven and go back to the money 2 guys and they’re do not know how to work that Papa John’s do not order from that location

Ordered peperoni pizza literally 9 pieces of peperoni. Half had cheese the other was missing cheese . Will not be back.
