Decent lunch spot, counter service. Pricey for standard menu items served on chipped plates and pretty terrible seating to assure you don’t stay long. I understand their dinner bar/restaurant adjacent to it is marginally better. Good live music.

Great food, wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, delicious pizza and inexpensive drinks. Great for families in the sandwich shop and an extended bar area. When the weather is nice out, there’s an outdoor seating area in front of the restaurant. They have got video boards in the bar with all the beers that are available on draft so you’re never stretching your neck out to see what’s on tap. Billy, the manager (usually works in the sandwich side of Sandwich Co., will get you anything you need. I recommend getting one of the cold sandwiches which are all named after the surrounding towns and other sites and things around New England.

The food is always good, but when you sit down with kids and only one table in the whole dining room with a bunch of employees standing around on their phones at the bar… isn’t worth it. We weren’t greeted for over 10 mins so we didn’t bother staying but a server made sure to ask why we were leaving to their coworker on our way out. The host was sweet and apologetic, but the servers clearly need retraining

Pretty darn expensive for what you get. Love the friendly workers and the idea of the place, have tried multiple times over the years.. but sandwich meat is often dry/overcooked or just not appealing… Ordered straight from the menu, no weird substitutions to blame. $60 for four people’s unsatisfying lunch, not going to rush back.

I went for some drinks here and I was shocked at the way the service staff interacted. Older blonde bartender yelled at a kitchen worker that looked like she was less than half her age. Completely shocking and inappropriate yelling across the restaurant in front of customers. Beyond the service, the food was good.

Avoid. We ordered 2 sandwiches, a wrap, and chicken wings and all were bad. Instead of food, we got rubbery chicken breasts, a mayonnaise sandwich, a tasteless turkey wrap, and over cooked fried chicken. I’m sorry to admit that I tried it again after avoiding this place for years and I can say with certainty that they haven’t improved in the slightest.

The food was good, nice place. prices are way to high. two of us dinner and few drinks after work $165 w tip. not really worth it, won’t go back. (Menu has the wrong prices on it by about 30%). When I saw the bill I thought I was at dinner on the Vegas strip, but walked out of the restaurant and was still in Holden

Pretty good option in the Holden area. The Cuban was good and the bread was crispy and flaky, a nice compliment to the texture of the pork loin and ham used. Prices are a little more expensive than other similar shops in the area. On the weekends they do have lives music and a full bar/food menu is available

Had a steak cheese mushroom and onion grinder couldn’t taste the steak or cheese or mushroom all I could taste was the very large amount of onions that they used almost tasted like vinegar. And for the price, not again not me.
