Called ahead to ask specific questions about allergens and precautions and was advised on all options. Ordered a Gf/Df veggie pizza on cauliflower crust. It was delicious and I had no reactions. Ecstatic to finally find a pizza establishment that can facilitate my numerous allergies. Even the wings are gluten free and the lemon pepper is amazing.

In November I ordered their special pizza which was a thanksgiving pizza and another one that usually has a red sauce and I didn’t want the red sauce instead I wanted Alfredo sauce so I marked it and yes I made a mistake because I forgot to unblock the red sauce I didn’t see it that was my bad. My daughters picked up the pizza and when they got home I seen just red sauce so I called and Wow what an experience.
The person who answered the phone was ok until I started talking about the problem. And asked if they could remake the pizza for me and then she said NO. I am sorry what! You ordered with 2 sauces and we are not able to two on. I stated I only wanted Alfredo because I get a reaction from tomato sauce and she said you had both marked we made it the way it was supposed to be to be then I asked for a manager when she got o. The phone she was rude from the beginning and was down right mean. She would grunt out answers when I asked for it to be remade she said I would have to wait until tomorrow to go through the owner I said what you want me to wait for dinner until tomorrow, she then said WE CANNOT REMAKE PIZZAS…. I did then I would like a refund on come get it and hung up. They would rather me get a refund and remake a pizza.
THEN THE NEXT DAY: someone called me from specialty pizza claiming that they were going to get a lawyer to sue me for a faults review. I said I didn’t put up a review. They said yes you did and I said no who is the name on it? They stated Cheyenne so I said you know that I’m not Cheyenne my name is Christy that would be my daughter and she’s the one that took back the pit pizza. I didn’t even know that she put up a review.. he then said get her to remove the review and will give you $100 in credits otherwise we’re gonna take you guys to court or I’m sorry they didn’t say take you to court. They said that they would most likely take us to court for a faults review. And I am seeing reading other reviews where people are actually posting well I gave him a one or two star because they gave me a credit. I was a little bit worried at first, so we removed it. They put a credit on the account. It is still there. By the way I have not touched it and I do not plan on touching it. I do not appreciate being called to be threatened for a review so I decided that I’m done being scared when I’m speaking the truth if they decide to take me to court for this then do so but then I may be able to finally listen to the phone calls that I asked for that they say that they was recorded I will let my daughter fill you guys in on what happened Back the pizza to get a refund. But no, they will never get our money and I will never use their credits. I will be posted a picture of the credit still on my account. And before they come back and say anything, I was not rude to the people on the phone. I was nice I kept And they were rude. They were short they did hang up, and they did make commentary in the background.

This place is my absolute favorite pizza spot. I recently had family visiting from Kansas, and they fell in love with the place as well. The food is always hot and fresh! I have to give a shout-out to the staff as well, they’re always so welcoming and helpful with any questions we might have.

Popped off 4E on our way home from Disney and stopped in to pick up a quick pizza lunch. We ordered a personal size pepperoni, breadsticks, and sodas. Service was friendly and quick. Prices were very reasonable. Portion sizes were plenty. Food was delicious. Make sure you order a garlic butter dipping cup!!! I wish they delivered to Delaware 🙂

Best local pizza place. They usually have good special deals as well. They don’t have dine in just pick up or delivery. They’re usually pretty quick. You can contact them and ask about their delivery area. Alfredo breadsticks and bacon cheeseburger specialty pizza are our favorite.

Over priced and they cut their pizzas in squares. They don’t tell you. They expect you figure that out next you order. There’s no next time for me.
*Edited: they called back and gave us a $30 credit which was generous. I truly appreciate that and it shows that they care about their customers. The original issue was that the pizza was literally cute into small squares and they never told us that when ordering. Thank you Specialty Pizza for setting the bar high for customer satisfaction.
