The manager seemed very rude and was turning the knob on the meat slicer for every different meat and cheese like the meat was coming out of her paycheck. The cheese was so thin i could see the bread thru the cheese. Things are expensive nowadays and i dont mind paying the 19$ for a giant italian but id like to get at least my money worth. I feel like i got a very thin sandwich smh i use to work at jersey mikes and never saw anyone turning the knob (making da meat and cheese thinner). Kinda feel i got robbed from this lady this experience. Older white white lady with glasses on her visor. Everyone was great except her

This location used to be my favorite but no more. Today I ordered a giant cheesesteak with extra meat and extra cheese and no bun along with a regular Italian without the bun. The young man that took my order was also working the grill that day and he spun a 180 to start making my order. I moved up to the register to see if I could pay yet and the young lady at the register asked the young man that took my order what I had ordered so she could go ahead and get me taken care of. While he was telling her what I had ordered, some woman whom which I’d had zero interaction with at this point, interrupted loudly and imo rudely saying “We can’t make it that way!” Meaning the cheesesteak. I told her that I had indeed ordered the exact same sandwich the previous week, which I had. I ate on it for two days. She said “That’s impossible, I was here all last week!” with a really aggressive tone which visibly made the young lady working the register uncomfortable. I said “I don’t care where you were last week, I know what I ordered and had for lunch last week. You’re welcome to look at my points account and probably see my entire order history! You know what? Did you just call me a liar? Cancel the entire order! I’m not spending my money here when I’m being called a liar just trying to order a couple bunless sandwiches for my lunches. I’ll never be back to this location again” and I walked out. A couple minutes down the road I called the location to get the ladies name and she said it was Ann or Anna. I couldn’t clearly make it out due to the background noise. My biggest concern in this matter is honestly the employees below this woman. If she will openly accuse a good customer of lying to the point where the employees were visibly uncomfortable, one doesn’t have to think too hard to figure out how she will talk to and treat her subordinates.

The meat is paper thin and the owner raised the prices only to cut back on the meat and the sandwiches taste like all bread and veggies! I’m not paying almost 20 dollars for a sandwiches that taste like bread and 3 paper thin slices of deli meat!! I won’t waste my money anymore on jersey Mike’s in springdale ohio!

Running a little rough, as I told them today…towards the end of the lunch rush to be fair. Place was rather a mess, and had to repeat my order a couple times. You know how you automatically ask a question and then forget to listen to the answer? They are trained to ask for your order as soon as they can see you, regardless of how many they are already working. “Hello! I will be right with you!” might be a more realistic opener. They did get it done, and the sandwich was the consistently good quality we expect from Jersey Mike’s

Wasn’t greeted when I walked and was just looked at, Just looking at the bread, I thought I was at jimmy johns of how skinny it was the lettuce looked like it was starting to brown and the place was nasty with oil all over the counter which made my bag so soaked, it left oil in my car seat. They also didn’t ask if I wanted a drink but at this time I was ready to leave. Probably the worst location ive ever been too.

Ever since the management change this place has no quality. My sandwiches are skimped. The staff is sooooo unfriendly and have no personality. One tonight told me to make my mind up. Asked for mayo, I might as well of not with the amount they put on. Forgot my bacon, I had to ask a third time for it to be added. The other management might have been rough around the edges for some people, but she put care into my order and made it with care. Pretty sure right after the change the owner was here during the transition and he was about as dry of a person there is. I use to go out of my way to come to this location but now….i may pass it to go somewhere else.

Super rude! I hate to pull the race card, but I’m a Black woman and I walked into this store on the Fourth of July since everything else was closed. I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in, just stared at. That wasn’t a huge deal, but still worth noting. There were two white women working, one younger and one a bit older. I said hello and explained that it was my first time there, so I didn’t know what kinds of bread they had. One of them responded, “The bread that we normally have,” rudely as if I hadn’t just said I was new to this restaurant. Then, without even asking me what I wanted, they just started making a footlong sandwich. They didn’t ask what kind of toppings I wanted or if I wanted anything besides meat and sauce. When I asked for toppings, one of them gave me attitude but eventually added them.At checkout, she told me the price, and I let her know that I only wanted a half sandwich not a foot long.I wasn’t planning to spend that much. I explained this gently, but they just said, “Well, we already made the sandwich.” As I was leaving, they started calling me ridiculous repeatedly even though I had been nothing but polite. I’m super non confrontational so I just said nothing back.Do not go here if you are a person of color. Seriously.
