Allyson was responsive and took the time to discuss a vision for the cake, taking some inspiration pictures from me and coming up with a design that matched what I was looking for. She made sure she knew what I wanted, communicated at every step, and made sure we were all set with how and when to pick it up. It turned out beautiful, and absolutely delicious! As a gluten-free bride, I wanted to have a wonderful wedding cake to enjoy, and Specially Made Cakes was worth the hour drive to pick it up! I’m happy with how it turned out!

I had called around to quite a few different places in wolfeboro, & rochester.
She answered timely, and not only was she quick to reply, she was kind & not rude/rushed. (Which is what it seemed to be, with everyone i was talking to.)
She took the time and put in beautiful details to match what i asked for.
Her sugars cookies were a big hit & everyone thought the cupcakes were so cute!
If I ever need to recommend a professional for cakes, it would be this business.

I inquired about a cake online and received a quick reply with further details and questions about how I wanted it decorated. We were coming into town, from out of state, to surprise a friend for her birthday. We were able to arrange to pick it up ourselves, which was easy and quick. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. This was the first time I’ve ever eaten a gluten-free cake, and I was more than impressed.

Ally did my cake for my wedding, and she was absolutely amazing to work with! I recently had to go gluten-free, and I was so stressed about finding a good dessert option. Finding Specially Made took all those worries away! Ally was amazing to work with from the start. We were able to set up a cake tasting, and she has lots of yummy flavor combinations to choose from. Her pricing is affordable, and she was very flexible when it came to arranging for the cake to be delivered. The cake was a hit with everybody, and most people could not even tell it was gluten-free! If you are looking for a gluten-free option or just a yummy cake in general, you should definitely book with Ally!

Allyson created a beautiful cake for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely beautiful! We went with a vanilla cake, filled with raspberry filling, and frosted with a lemon buttercream icing. It was not only gorgeous but so SO delicious! Everyone loved the cake.
