Vanessa was a good bartender until it came to the nitty gritty. She then chose sides as a Caucasian woman then started to verbally accost me (black women) for absolutely no reason other than she was drunk. And the bartender then decided to be rude to me as well. I don’t understand what transpired but it was all downhill from there. Environment is nice when it’s quiet. Other than that, don’t go as a single minority. Go with a group or they will treat you poorly.

One of Andovers longtime Staples – a great place to bring the family, friends, a date or just to gather and play games – it’s a great atmosphere & the drinks are really good and fair priced! – so whether you are a small group of one or 14 – they can accommodate you on most days or nights…now there has always been a slow kitchen so plan to wait for food – but order early and have another drink – your food will be hot, fresh and the service great at least with a smile! Game room – pool, foosball, slots, and now Darts always free popcorn!

Came here on Super Bowl Sunday . Place was beautifully decorated. We had a decent size group of 8 people but there was hardly anyone in the whole place. The waiter had to be called over to take our order because she took so long. And then they didn’t bring out the appetizers first. We probably wait half an hour for the first batch of food to come out. I thought it was taking so long because they were going to bring it out all at once. But no. So the first four plates came out. Mine was completely cold…. and they forgot the fried pickles (which should’ve come out first anyways). Then ten minutes later, 3 more plates came out. And finally, the other guy who also got the Mac and cheese, his came out and was warm. So I’m not sure why they didn’t cook the two orders of Mac and cheeses together . And why mine was cold and his wasn’t. Based on it being cold, it didn’t taste very good. Then after we were all done eating, waitresses kept coming by to bring us sample foods. They also started putting peanuts and popcorn on all the other tables. Which was completely ridiculous because why didn’t we get those when first entering? Not when we were all full and done. Very strange. And they didn’t apologize for the food taking forever. I did see the fried pickles was taken off my check though, which was either nice or they forgot to add them on. Either way, the place was super cute but it was a very poor experience.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a very good experience. The place was slow for a Saturday night but our service was slower. Often we had to grab our own drinks that were sitting at the bar because our server was no where to be found. Mixed reviews on food. My husband got the tacos and liked them. I got the hot roast beef (which I’ve had before). However, this time it was very different. The roast beef was like deli meat cooked on a flat top. It was paper thin. Very disappointing. We had a group of 7 and would have stayed longer and spent more money if the service was better.

Ordered a side of fries and waited an hour and half and never even got them. Our waitress also only checked on us 2-3 times in that time. I understand people get busy and things happen… but over an hour for fries??? Ridiculous. Ended up cancelling our orders and leaving with no food and pure disappointment

Nice little bar with a Taco Tuesday! Been here a couple of times and never thought of taking pics. Brisket tacos were good, mango margarita was better. Deep fried steak cubes have tasted better on other occasions but they were ok this time. Pool tables cost a dollar per game. Wait staff are amazing giving how busy it gets.

I ordered a burger and side salad. The side salad had a variety of fresh toppings such as tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, and cheese; it was quite good. The classic Spaulding burger was also delicious. Overall, there was great food with a friendly staff, and I’d highly recommend Spaulding’s the next time you’re looking for a casual restaurant.

I got the burnin bill burger, good, not as hot(spicy) as I would have thought. Sweet potato fries were bomb AF! The beer selection was pretty subpar, I got a blue moon and a pacifico. The kids meal is a lil pricy for what you get but my kiddo did enjoy it. It was 5.75 for the small thing of Mac n cheese and applesauce, not even a drink :/

Stopped here on our honey moon and very glad we did. The staff is very friendly not only with us but everyone that came in today. Food was not your typical bar food menu and very delicious! If I was a local this would be the “my bar” to bring your friends to!
