Elevated Sandwiches is a cozy and welcoming spot in Fort Collins that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff, especially our waitress, was incredibly kind and friendly, which made the experience even better.
We ordered the cheese steak sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. I also tried the beet salad, which was fresh and tasty with a great balance of flavors. However, I do regret adding the chicken breast to it, the texture and flavor were off, and it oddly tasted more like beef than chicken.
Overall, this place is a great choice for sandwiches and casual dining. I’d definitely return, just without the chicken next time!

Freakin’ great sandwiches. I wish we lived closed to FOCO. I had the Chicago beef and it was excellent. My wife had the tuna and hers was even better than mine.

Excellent craft sandwiches with massive portions. Best sandwiches I’ve had in Ft Collins hands down. The cheese curds and pierogi were also delicious. The staff were all extremely friendly which made the experience even better. To top it off they also have a selection of beer and wine to sip on as well! I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome food. We tried the cheesesteak and it was very close to if not the best I’ve ever had. Also got the fried mushrooms and the horseradish aoli was to die for. It’s a simple little sandwich shop, not alot of employees but I got up to grab something, and a cook on break asked what I needed! Amazing local spot you gotta check out and support. They rule.

The sandwiches here are hit or miss. We got “The Spicy Turkey” and “Da Chicago Beef”. The turkey was pretty decent, not very spicy but the flavor was there. The beef was not good, the meat had zero seasoning and was dry. Having au jus to dip it in made it bearable but having that provided isn’t an excuse to overcook an unsalted cut of beef.

Great sandwiches, great atmosphere and welcoming hosts. Nearby main locations in Fort Collins, including a grocery store. There are many different styles of sandwiches sold here and this spot of super gluten friendly. You will be pleased with your meal. Prepare to spend between $15-20 for a sandwich along with chips or salad.

Nice spot, food was a bit average but I think we came in expecting a bit more based on reviews/accolades. I ordered a salad and my friend picked up a sand which. He noted the bread could have been a better quality and I think my salad was good but nothing spectacular. Def a great affordable option and the staff was super friendly.

Had a chance to grab lunch with a buddy today and decided to try this place out for the first time. No seating inside which was a bummer given the crazy wind. I should have know because I saw so many people eating in their cars on the way through the parking lot.
The lady at the front was super nice and super easy to order. I decided on the cheesesteak with steak, but there is an option with chicken. 8” sandwich was just under $13 and did come with a small order of kettle chips cooked in house.
The cheesesteak was pretty tasty with the bread being one of the best parts. It was a bit messy, but shoot any good cheesesteak hopefully is. Great cheese, veggies were cooked perfectly and all rolled up in a crisp bread on the outside but soft in the inside.
The chips weren’t my favorite. I give them kudos to doing their own kettle chips in house, but the lack of salt and an oily after taste I would suggest something different as a side.

Fantastic local sandwich shop. Easily one of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve had anywhere. Outstanding steak and cheese. Good selection of beer and wine. Nice, low-key atmosphere. Only issue is the bizarre hours. Who closes a restaurant at 4:45 on the weekends?
