This place really surprised us. We got off the train and everyone went for the Mexican restaurants in town. We decided to make the very short walk to Sparta. Don’t be turned off by the outside because the food and the owner are both amazing. We were all shocked when the food tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. Whether you’re passing through or just making a train stop, I would recommend taking the extra 10 minutes walk and experience some delicious food from an owner that really cares.

Let’s just put it this way, I’ve lost 7 years of not knowing about this place. Saw a picture someone posted of food from here. I was like damn that looks good, going to have to try it out. We did and I’m so glad because this is definitely a great place to eat. Small place so take out is best, I tried it about 2 months ago and hit it 1-3 times a week now. The quality of the food and the price are great and I choose this over driving to Lebanon and getting take out from ANY PLACE. Thanks and hope you’re there as long as I’m here. *****
