The older lady was kinda rude to me because I didn’t have change for $100 she said it would help to use a card instead of taking all of her change!! So I had to use what little cash I had and the other half I had to use my card !! Then she was screaming at the you girl that was working with her!! asking if I had paid yet!! because the orders were piling up!! I will not be going back to the one on rice mine rd ever again!! The location in Northport is always very nice!! Thanks to the young girl for her patience I have worked in fast food restaurant industry for over 26 yrs!! all she had to do is say we don’t have change for larger bills and I would have walked to publix to get some change!! I wanted to cancel my order but I said maybe she is having a bad day or maybe she’s just over worked and tired !! The food was fresh and hot I appreciate that part!! The name on the receipt said “Cynthia.M If you need the order #45 I hope the young lady who she was screaming at gets the apology she deserves and a raise for her patience too!! 12/6/25 at 3:39pm was the date I visited this location and I will never go back there!! Great spot for a pizza. This is our “go to” place for a quick pizza when we don’t feel like cooking. And it’s good quality as well. Our standard is pepperoni and double cheese and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend if your in the northern Tuscaloosa area. The best thing is the price. It’s on par with Little Cesars pricing. This won’t break your bank.

Service was wonderful! I have had surgery on my foot and am in a boot and had my 2 year old grandson in the truck with me so it was nice of the lady to bring my order to me when it was completed!

I live in South Carolina and had no idea you were located just 5 minute from my aunt’s place. Anyway I ordered online and the process went amazingly smooth. Pizza was ready on time and it was great. We have a Hungry Howie’s about 25 minutes from where I live so it’s too far to drive. I moved to South Carolina from Michigan over 13 years ago so this was my first time enjoying your pizza for the first time since I left Michigan in 2009. Thanks for keeping up the high quality of pizza after all these years and you can definitely count on me coming back on my next visit to Tuscaloosa. Thanks again.

They start updating that place. We had no dough bowls, and for myself I ordered their subs. What delicious sub I ever had. That was my first time having sub. Place looks clean, friendly staff, and quality of the food. I would start going more. Let’s support

Had 2 XL pizzas delivered and were doughy in the middle. Called and was told they can’t be doughy. Manager was rude and refused to refund my purchase after the Kim offered me a choice of refund or new pizzas. Owner won’t return my email. If you don’t mind cooking your pizza when you get it then I guess this place will do. Otherwise I’d go somewhere else.
Update 3 months later:
Called the number in the response form the main office and was told someone would contact me to resolve the issue. No response. I called again and was told the owner of the franchise would have to crack me to resolve. Still nothing. They don’t care and there is no recourse if you’re given a bad product. 2 doughy pizzas. Bring your own oven.
