I order here all the time and have done it for 8 years. It’s my favorite chicken place. They usually loadddd up your chicken with sauce but I also usually ask for extra cause we are sauce feins in this house. I picked up my food and this is what it looked like, dry as a bone no extra sauce anywhere to be seen. And the older white man (pretty sure the owner and btw your customer service is HORRIBLE MAN) was the one taking my order and cashing me out. Told me on the phone it would be an extra charge I said totally fine. We ordered a 30 piece party tray for $50 plus got charged extra for “extra sauce” that was not there. I didn’t even think to check the food until I got home because I have NEVER not once in my 8 years of ordering from them gotten the wrong food or not enough sauce. Well there’s a first for everything apparently. If you didn’t want to make the extra sauce you could have genuinely just been real dude and told me not tonight instead of charging me then making the driest chicken I’ve ever had from sparkys. Pictures for reference! Pls do better cause that was one of the most disappointing meals in my entire life.

We always have a great experience when we order. Their new location is much brighter and more modern. It is set back from the road so pay attention. The only negative thing I could say is a lack of diet/zero sugar beverages. They only carry diet coke. That was a little disappointing. Otherwise, exceeded expectations

I ordered here for nostalgic reasons and boy was that a mistake! I ordered buffalo wings and a steak tip sub. Beyond disappointed is an understatement. Sub had barely any meat was basically a bread sandwich with peppers and onions on it. I almost feel disrespected. Won’t be ordering here anytime again in my lifetime

Amazing hot wings. If you like wings they have plenty of flavors to choose from. The wings are a good size for the price. I look forward to stopping here again specifically doing a take out order. If you are planning to dine in just know there’s no bathroom and no wet naps available. Also it was a cold rainy day and roughly 50° in the seating area. Take out or a warm day with wet naps on hand would be your best bet.

This place is overpriced and disappointing. Messy and overrated. The fries are gross and tasteless. The wings were not cleaned properly and the sauce was below average. My plate brought some disgusting pasta with no flavor, had to spit it out and it had one baby carrot split in half. After taking a few bites, I felt sick and got diarrhea. First and last time I order from this place.

Sparkys Wings…..wow!
A hidden gem in the city of Haverhill. My wife had ordered pickup a few times from the restaurant. I worked so much I kinda forgot about this place until I had a week off from work. My wife and I took our young daughter to Sparky’s since A.1 deli was closed for a late lunch. I never been to the acutal Sparkys restaurant nor knew where it was….but once i walked in the place it screamed old school Haverhill. At first I was confused by the ordering process and seeing how my beautiful wife is very inconsistent on ordering food that didn’t help either. However, Sean served us and explained the different flavors and combos. Great experience, Sean was very knowledgeable on tenders & wings. It was a great experience. The experience eating at Sparkys felt like home and considering we are Hillies felt just right. From start to finish amazing experience at Sparkys. Thank you.

These were by far the best wings I’ve had in the Merrimack Valley.
The wings are a good size, meaty and perfectly cooked.
We got 3 different flavors, and everyone of them was delicious!

I ordered 100 wings and mind you I came all the way from Maine. The chicken had little to no sauce on the chicken. It seemed rushed the chicken could have been cooked a little longer. My boyfriend has been telling me about this place and I definitely will not ever go there again. I can make better chicken with my eyes closed.
