I ordered the spicy pineapple smoked meats from this food truck, and it was just incredible. The smokiness from the sweet kiawe was nicely pronounced, and the meat was tender and cooked to perfection. The sauce was skillfully crafted to accompany the meat without overpowering the meat or smoke.

My order took a little while although staff were upfront that I’d be waiting 15 minutes. But BRO as soon as I got the chicken cutlet dinner I knew it was gonna be Fire! 100% no question worth the wait. The chicken was cooked fresh and the gravy was out of control. I pride myself on clearing the whole plate so the fact that I had to put like half of it aside for later was impressive. Killa serving size, it was like Hawaii’s schnitzel Scandia. So bomb. I will be back for another meat fix at Sparkys no doubt
