I have wanted to go ever since I noticed it at the end of last year. I got basic food and with tip it was $99.46. I can see why the place is empty. The Mkt value red snapper was $39.99, it was mid. I was underwhelmed.

Had a fantastic experienced during our visit. I ordered a shrimp platter, and it truly impressed me—perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. The seasoning had that bold, authentic Mexican touch that really stood out. The atmosphere was lively, with vibrant decor. You can tell a lot of care goes into creating both the food and the experience here. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax, enjoy good company, and leave full and happy. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for fresh seafood with a flavorful twist and a fun setting to match. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They served us a fried catfish and tried to tell us it was a red snapper, which is what we had ordered. I have ate red snapper plenty of times and I know how to tell the difference. Even though we barely tried it and didn’t eat the rest of the fish, especially since the waitress basically touched the fish with her hands to show us the supposed red skin we were charged full price for the plate. Will not be dining here again. Save time and money and go across the street to Mambos.

Never judge a book by its cover… We were staying at the crappy hotel next to the restaurant overnight. The outside was a bit chessy but the inside was really spacious colorful. The food was good. The dessert were over the top, check out Churro stand brough to the today. The family gave it a .
Stay with me. The biggest surprise is how they celebrate one’s birthday. First, they put a big freaking sombrero on the birthday person and imagine the lights dim and the mananitas sounds off in all the speakers with a mix of 50cent its your birthday. Then the server goes to everyone at the table with a bottle of tequila and has you open your mouth and fill it with tequila. Man, it was wild, I felt I was springbreak in Matzalatan. Never seen that at a restaurant. I tell you that birthday boy had an experience. I should of recorded it, but you need to experience it.

This is just coming from MY experience, I had the ceviche and it tasted like tap water, it tasted old and gross. I couldn’t even eat three bites of it. The only good food I had there was the lobster soup they give out for free, it was delicious. But besides that there’s many more places with fresher better ceviche. Would not recommend getting that.

Seafood nachos were good and enough for 2 adults to share. Drinks were small for price charged and needed more alcohol. Service was excellent and stayed on top of our large group needs.

My husband and I had an awesome experience on our date night. The food hit the spot, enjoyed good music and the service was great. Our waitress Doris took good care of us so we’ll be coming back for sure!

This place never disappoints! They serve the best drinks, have great service, and offer delicious food. My personal favorites are the Smoky Tamarindo drink and the ceviche. The service is exceptional, and compared to any fancy restaurant, I’d choose this place. The food is incredibly satisfying.
