Blonde female employee at window had a very rude and condescending attitude after spilling drink all over my wife’s hand. Very snappy after being asked where we were supposed to pull forward to. Had a large order of buffalo fries, and a large order of ranch fries. Both were seasoned with both seasonings and very lightly. Lazy.

Overall a nice place – western burger is my favorite by far (see pics)- food was brought to my table when ready so that was nice – I only dock them points for a trip/fall hazard I found by the entrance to the bathrooms – also see pictures – manager had a friendly attitude and so did the team – overall a 4/5 for this location – will be back again

Went through the drive thru and ordered fries. After paying she told me to pull forward. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and no other cars in the parking lot except employees. I sat there for 15 minutes and started getting frustrated. An employee came out a few minutes later and was apologizing. I asked for a refund. When she came back with the refund she told me they forgot about my order because it was crazy inside. Remember I was the only customer in the drive thru and one car had just parked to dine in. Won’t be back.

I live in the neighborhood. I’m a regular. I’ve watched the Manager and staff here through the pandemic days and now the employee shortages… They STILL serve with grace and a smile! They still put out great food! They still get the food to you in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! Way to go! Your a real asset to our neighborhood and we appreciate having you as a meal option in the area!

My hamburger was great as well as the french fries. The Wild Cherry Mud Slide was delicious. The soda not so much. We had Diet Dr. Pepper because they have Pepsi. It tasted awful. They must not use filtered water and the tap water tastes terrible. The employees were friendly. Loved the decor and music.

Over all pretty good. Super friendly service, delicious French fries and a burger that wasn’t bad.! We have never been to a Spangles before now. They say “fast drive throu” BUT not so much for a FAST bite. We had to pull over and wait. Thankfully, it was fresh! They had a great list of flavors for the fries. So good! We will have to stop in again.
