I got the bag of burgers and a can of soda for 9$ 5 burgers don’t get the ones with cheese they taste like they been there alday. The ones without are much fresher. They have many ice creams most of the flavors are sold in pint size. They have the cheapest milk people were in line grabbing gallons of milk in their market place. The shelves are empty I couldn’t even get a gallon.

God help you if (redacted) is calling your order. Orders not getting called, disinterested employees who don’t know or care what is going on, hostile to customers. Watch your step in the bathrooms if you’re not interested in a trip to the ER. We love Braums normally but this is damages the reputation in our books. I will be reminded of this the next time I consider eating out.

Braum’s is always good. I splurged with a friend on a banana split today!
Of course, the traditional way-it was like bringing back fond memories of my childhood. I also had the chicken sandwich on another day, and who knew they made a great one!? I’ll be getting it again. Of course, their burgers are always good also. Don’t forget the milk to take home-pretty much the best milk on the planet. Go Braums!

Braums on Zero street. Must have a new manager. I ordered 2 yogurt swirls to go, no lid, spoons, bag and sloppy looking. The manager there tells me that I have to specify with lids, that going through the drive thru is not considered to go. That is laughable

Used to love Braum’s burgers but this time the meat didn’t taste like real hamburger. Whatever it was, th ere was something added to it. Fries were good, service was great, tables were clean. It was a little noisy as several young kids were there.

absolutely terrible. i’m not even from here, and i came in for me and my boyfriend to get sundaes and everyone up front ignored us. A guy looked over and told someone else to help us, and the guy who helped us kept cutting my boyfriend off and did not even know what a tuxedo sundae was. i don’t know if he was new, but everyone else stood there and watched without helping him. we ended up leaving .

I come here on occasion before work to have breakfast. Generally the service is fair to good. Today the service wasn’t good my order was taken by a young lady who seemed like she didn’t want to be here. When my order came up it was set on the counter Noone called to let me know. My eggs were cold. Overall not a good experience.

Its weird, too, they have like a grocery store of Braum’s products in the front part of the restaurant. Convenient, I guess, if you wanna take home some Triple Berry Peach Ice Cream.
I think another location would prolly be a better bet, this one was in a kinda sketchy part of Ft. Smith.
