the wind is so bad! We had to stop
We found the most adorable, beautiful, warming, place to eat.
The owners are absolutely phenomenal!
spaghetti West is absolutely hands-down one of the best restaurants Chris and I have ever been to.
The food was absolutely to die for, the homemade bread was so flavorful and so light, Chris used it to clean the rest of the sauce off of his plate ️!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen him Enjoy a restaurant as much as he Enjoyed Spaghetti West.
The desserts legit melted in your mouth, and were absolutely delectable.
I highly recommend spaghetti West in Wheatland, Wyoming. It has the most chic sophisticated, but very warm and homey feeling that is down to earth and very quaint.
For anybody who’s looking for a little getaway, want some alone time, or need a romantic place for you and your significant other I would highly recommend checking out this adorable find!!!

What a wonderful find in the small rural town of Wheatland, WY! Chef Oliver created an absolutely delicious Italian dinner and desserts that were second to none and I mean anywhere in the world. Our server, Bri, was fantastic; attentive but not intrusive; friendly and helpful. We really would like to return even though it is a bit “out of the way.” If you are in the area, you will not find a better restaurant choice.

Oliver and team provide world class food, with excellent ingredients and combination in their pastas, salads and sandwiches! They also have a nice wine selection to pair with meals. Nicely decorated and fun Italian music. The spaghetti and meatballs was wonderful and the service was great. The owner stopped to check on us and he was super nice. It was a stop in our way back to Colorado and it’s right off the interstate.
Owner said they were installing a pizza oven so can’t wait to stop in again. Would highly recommend any sandwich. My husband had the Chicken Pesto and said it was really good.

This place was absolutely fantastic. We were on our way back home in Colorado from picking up a camper in Glenrock Wyoming. The wind was so bad the last 15 miles we legit just couldn’t do it anymore. It wasn’t safe to keep driving. My wife looked for a place for us to stop and get some food. We talked about staying the night in the camper after to let the wind subside. The waitress/co owner told us the place was also an air B&B.
We booked a room as the nearest rest stop to park for the night was another 21 miles of treacherous driving on the interstate. The food was hands down the best Italian food I’ve had outside of my wife’s cooking. I’m extremely picky. Eating out is usually disappointing to us. This place was fantastic. The owners were so kind and the air b&b was every bit as awesome as the food. The room was definitely quaint and romantic. This place is a true gem and if you ever find yourself in Wheatland Wyoming it’s definitely so worth checking out. And the pricing was so reasonable. Anywhere near any population city easily a 250 to 300 dollar a night place. For 120 bucks we got to stay in an Amazing, warm, and charming room with amenities that would rival a five star hotel

A couple weeks ago we drove the trail north from Colorado caravaning by following our daughter who was heading back up to South Dakota. We planned to stop in Wheatland for lunch and then she would continue on her own. Being it was a Sunday; we opted to try Spaghetti West and… What a good choice that was!
Spaghetti West is easily accessible from I-25. It is bright and very clean and comfortably spacious. They are in the process of some renovation and expansion which provides a glimpse into the future of a budding new restaurant missioned to offer excellent food, quality service and a unique dining atmosphere in the West. Nice bar too!
Walking in we immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Our waitress was pleasant and accommodating. Good service!
Needless to say, our lunch was memorably excellent. My hot beef sandwich was fabulous, and the pasta dishes were tremendous. Desert was exceptional.
The other highlight was meeting, Oliver, the chef and proprietor who stopped at our table. Oliver was friendly, professional and engaging. He spent a few minutes explaining his ideas and goals for Spaghetti West and his love for the West and authentic homemade Italian food. We were quite impressed and pleased to learn his homegrown story about his family’s ranch and his culinary dream to cook the best Italian food with a bit of Western legend.
We are planning to drive back up for Valentine’s Day. Cannot wait to visit again and try some pizza when they get the pizza oven installed. Enjoy a cold beer also.

Absolutely perfect for Wheatland Wyoming… and exactly what the town needed. Food was incredible, service was insane (my water never got below half on a semi busy night) and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Will be adding this to our list of go to places! If the Dark Chocolate Mousse cake is available… go for it every time!
